One concern. The detailing department after two tries couldn't seem to get my car windows and inside cleaned properly. Yes, it was late at night but if they let me, I'll take it back during the day and couldn't seem to get my car windows and inside cleaned properly. The car I bought was put online over a week before it was inspected and repaired. Each day I was supposed to see it, I was told that morning that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. This went on for 3 inspected and repaired. Each day I was supposed to see it, I was told that morning that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. This went on for 3 days until I was told to get there as soon as possible because someone else was coming to look at it and I would lose the car. I got the car but it still was not ready to be taken home and was promised it would be delivered to my house the next day. The next day came and I did not hear from the dealership (despite attempting to contact them) until 3pm when I was told that the car would not be ready until the next day. The next day (Wednesday after I bought it Monday, contacted the dealership about it the past Thursday) came and I had difficulty reaching the sales person and manager I spoke with. I was promised it would arrive before 1pm because I was leaving town and did not hear back until 12:45 that the used car salesperson was leaving the dealership. It has already been 2 hours and I have not gotten my car yet-I live 1 hour away and it is not rush hour. Very disappointed and frustrated. More

Will actually helped us get an even lower financing rate then was offered by the credit union I was working with. Laura was able to get us in and out of finance in less than 45 minutes!!!! That was wonderful. It was just a wonderful experience at Sheey and would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone. More
It has been 16 years since I last purchased a new car. My previous car had passed 207,000 miles and it needed to be replaced. I had driven past Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf before and I was impressed by their location, vehicle display, and appearance. When I had narrowed my search to a Nissan, the Sheehy dealership came to mind. From the moment that I drove into a parking spot outside the showroom, I was made to feel special. I was greeted by Mr. Edwards. We talked about what I was searching for and he was able to show and demonstrate models with the features that met my expectations. I have to say that customer service was top notch. There was friendliness to spare The agreed upon price was lower than I had hoped for. My overall experience with Sheehy of Waldorf was fabulous. Willie Moses was so nice and had plenty of patience with me during my car buying process. This was the first time buying a new car and he made it enjoyable. I absolutely loved the way he handled everything me during my car buying process. This was the first time buying a new car and he made it enjoyable. I absolutely loved the way he handled everything for me. I would recommend Willie to anyone who is looking to buy a Nissan. I was at the dealership for almost 5 hours trying to figure out exactly what I wanted and Willie took all the time to find exactly that. He gave me all kind of options to choose from and it was great he was able to do that for me. Laura Via made the paper signing an easy process. She explained everything well and let my mind be at ease signing all the papers I had to sign. It was a stressful event but also joyous because they made things seem like they were easy. They were so sweet and easy to get along with. They felt like family members when we were talking. More
On Wednesday 4/6/2011 I contacted Sheehy Waldorf because I saw that online they had a BMW and a Lexus that I was interested in. I was interested in coming back to Sheehy because I had bought my current car I saw that online they had a BMW and a Lexus that I was interested in. I was interested in coming back to Sheehy because I had bought my current car from them less than two years ago but have been unhappy with it for some time. Dave Phillips was my salesman and he was absolutely fantastic and I was hoping to continue to work with him because I typically purchase a new car every year-two years. When I contacted the dealership on 4/6 I made a 4:30pm appointment with Ron Murray because I was told that Dave was no longer with the company. Upon arrival I was handed back and forth between several salesman as other people walked in requesting to speak with Ron. This rubbed me the wrong way because I had an appointment set but felt as if I was being brushed off. Bob Valentine came in to try and help me with my choice between the two cars and I showed him that 2 miles down the street Toyota of Waldorf had the exact same Lexus for sale for $22,355.00 where Sheehy was asking $24,591.00. Immediately Ron and Bob came back with a sales price of $22,670.00 with a trade in value for my Altima of $14,500. I was still not happy with these numbers so once I left I went over to the Toyota dealership to take a look at their Lexus since it was physically at the dealership. Once I test drove it I decided I wanted to go forward with purchasing it but the only hang up was I was not 100% sold on the gray color. They gave me a walk out price of $18,633.61 with nothing down ($15,500 for my trade and lowered purchase price). Since it was getting late I decided I would come back the next day to finish up the contract. I was then contacted by both Ron and Bob the next day to see if I had decided between the BMW of Lexus at Sheehy but when I told them I was working with Toyota due to price they were eager to try and win my business back. I have a total of 10 calls back and forth with Sheehy and Bob Valentine about this car. On Friday Bob contacted me again asking what it would take to bring me back and that he would be able to find any color I wanted if that was a problem. I was also contacted by another representative about buying my Altima outright because “Sheehy pays the most for used vehicles” and again I told them what I was working on with Toyota. After going back and forth over other possible Lexus’ Bob would be able to get me I asked him about the original car. I told him that my history with Sheehy I would rather purchase again through them but the price was just so much better at Toyota. Later that afternoon (around 4:30) Bob contacted me again and told me the best he could do $19,500 out the door. I asked him the proper questions to make sure this was the same deal I was working on with Toyota such as the number without my down payment, making sure we were speaking of the same car, ect and everything was agreed upon. He even agreed to bring down the car first thing on Saturday so that I could take a look at the color with no strings attached. I was happy with this because I know Sheehy usually does not transfer cars without a written contract or fees paid. Even though the price was around $1,000 more than what I was paying at Toyota I was still happy because as I mentioned before I would have preferred to purchase with Sheehy given my history. On Saturday I had to go to Mclean VA to help my sister move and was again contacted several times from Sheehy to let me know the car had arrived. I even had my mother come with me since she was in the area because she was interested in the same car but in the convertible. I went back to the dealership but told them I was going to run over to Toyota and look at the gray one more time to make my decision and to let them know if I was no longer interested, which I did. Once I was ready to sign the papers the salesman that was helping me explained that he had no numbers written up and we had to wait for Bob. At this time the salesmen were all scrambling to try and re-appraise my car which was frustrating considering I thought this was all taken care of since I was there for 3 hours on Wed for this. When the salesman brought back the number it was $21,402.46 out the door because the sales price was back to the original $24,291 ($200 less). I immediately asked to speak with Bob because this was not was agreed upon and I felt as if I was being taken advantage of. When Bob came over he claimed he had no recollection of any of our conversations and stated that if I could bring back a quote with the lowered purchase price he would honor it. I explained to him that Wed we went over this and why the price was lowered and that he should have the proposal in the computer. He said that proposals are not saved, which I am sure is not true especially given that the quote I was just given was still dated for Wed 4/6. So I left and went over to my office and brought back in the original quote even though my mother was with me and still had a 2 hour drive home and it was getting very late. At this point I am getting extremely upset because I was willing to pay $1,000 more to go with Sheehy due to customer service I had in the past but this was starting to become ridiculous. When I handed him the paper he refused to meet with me and made my mother and I go to the other end of the store to “wait” which turned into another 20 minutes. He came back over with another quote that was around $20,400 out the door but I refused to do anything because of the fact I was promised another price. When I asked for a copy of that proposal he refused to give it to me. I have never been treated in this fashion and am appalled that this would happen at a dealership I believed to be reputable. After I left I even had one of the salesman come outside to apologize and tell me he has never seen this happen before. I have also attached the proposals that I received the two times I was at the dealership even though the one from last night is still dated for 4/6. As you can see the first proposal shows the lowered purchase price along with the advertisement from Toyota for the same car 2 miles away. The second is in a different format and this is what was given to me last night when they were trying to get me to sign. At this point everything that Sheehy advertises and says about the company is completely un-true. Paul Sheehy contacted me to apologize on behalf of the company and seemed to have things turned around within this dealership so I ended up purchasing the car on 4/11/10. It took another 3 hours of waiting to sign the papers because once again things were not in order or organized. Once I left I was given 7 days to obtain the financing from my credit union. My loan was already approved and I called the very next morning because the credit union was requesting a copy of the title to show that Sheehy was the owner and the car was able to be sold. It is now Friday and the dealership and corporate office is refusing to return my calls and their is a lien against the car and Sheehy does not have the title to be able to even sell the car. Now I have put insurance on this vehicle, driven it for almost a week, and traded in my previous car. I am contacting lawyers regarding this issue and have already put in a complaint with the BBB and MVA. Please do not make the same mistake I have made and take your business elsewhere! More

When I first got to the dealer I wanted to get into a new car that fit my family and would benefit us in the long run. "Q" approached me and my wife and I told him what I was looking for. We compared the Alt car that fit my family and would benefit us in the long run. "Q" approached me and my wife and I told him what I was looking for. We compared the Altima and Sonata and the pricing, although different, allowed us to go with the Altima being that it gave more room to work with, money wise. The professionalism was good but the only thing that almost made me walk out was when I asked if the dealership honored the USAA Auto Circle and I was told yes. When I asked again, this time the financing manager, I was told no. I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe not all employees knew the correct information and I think that this information should be common knowledge among the employees of the dealership so that the next customer, when looking for the best financing options can be given the correct information. The other thing on this subject is that the dealership was going to stick me with a 6.9% interest rate until I started asking about the USAA auto circle which offers 3.99%, which I qualified for. At this point the dealership moved to 3.49%. If the dealership would just be honest about the financing options available even outside of the dealership, I'm sure no matter which way the customer decides to move the dealership will find that they will get their money regardless.
