I visited Sheehy Nissan's Service Department on Friday, July 27, 2012 for a scheduled service appointment to have my 2003 Nissan Murano SL serviced. Even though I did not feel well and arrived a hour late July 27, 2012 for a scheduled service appointment to have my 2003 Nissan Murano SL serviced. Even though I did not feel well and arrived a hour late, the service team was able to fit me in and service my vehicle, anyway. I met with Ms. Tori McDowell because she assisted two days prior on the telephone and was so very helpful, informative, and provided me with 100% customer service. She even returned my requested phone call when my new service representative Mr. Bill did not on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 pertaining to the service I needed and price quotes. Even though my service experience with the Service Department manager and Service Advisor turned out to absolutely horrible, they acted rude, discourteous and unprofessional towards me, attempted to charge me for a service cost that was not extensively explained to me, and called me a liar to my face concerning my desired service request, Ms. McDowell's professionalism, proficiency, attention to detail, and 100% customer service made all the difference to me overall during that offensive and unprofessional experience. Ms. McDowell should be commended for her performance and other staff members could definitely follow her lead as an Assistant Service Manager. She is a great asset to that department. J. Conrad did the "bait and switch routine with me. I came looking for a specific vehicle and he told me it was there. When I got there, he attempted to sell me a new(unknown to me)car. The car that I had come for ,specifically, was NOT there ! He was very unfriendly after I explained that I didn't want a NEW car,I wanted the car that I came to see.I left VERY angry and insulted that he would try that scheme with me. I WILL let All of my friends and co workers know about the treatment I received. I work very hard for my money and want to choose how to spend it and NOT be lied to. More
Walked in this afternoon around 3 p.m., and drove out with my new car at 7 p.m. Bill was very professional, friendly, and NOT PUSHY at all (which is very important to me). My salesman Charles Hilary, was a bonafide joke. After the initial purchase of the vehicle, I was in need of detailing, and was told I would receive this service without any problems. Dealing with Charles the initial purchase of the vehicle, I was in need of detailing, and was told I would receive this service without any problems. Dealing with Charles to remove the major problems with the outside of the vehicle was nothing less than a nightmare on elm street. This man gave his word and reassured me that everything was going to be fine with the outside of the car. I had to take off work or leave work early 5 different times to get all of this work done, because the dent ppl/paint ppl only show up on wednesday-and half of the time they left early or were not present, in spite of the fact that I had a scheduled appointment. When I pointed out the major problems with the car, Charles copped a quick attitude telling me that "everything can't be fixed" as if I was ignorant and unaware that my car was used. When dealing with Charles, I found that during the sales process, he was a completely different person, and after the car was paid for in full and he received that commission he didn't give a xxxx about customer service and acted extremely indifferent. I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone.In conclusion, I did not get all the required work done-and woulld rather go somewhere else and pay out of pocket, than to deal with those fools in Waldorf again. We walked in to the dealership and were immediatley greeted by Jason Printz, he was very knowledgeable about every vehicle we were interested in. I've been meaning to come rate this dealership for the high quality service they provide on my 2007 Nissan Maxima. Everytime I come to get any service work on my car, I am treated with respect. Being a female, I have faced many mechanics who think they can take advantage of me, but never once have I experienced this with Sheehy Nissan. Aaron made sure that I was able to purchase the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay and walked away extremely pleased. After purchasing When i returned to pick up my car it was detailed perfectly and with a full tank of gas also he took me around to the service area and showed me around and introduced me to staff so that I will be familiar with it when I return for vehicle maintenance. Everyone I met was very friendly and I felt as If I was being welcomed into the Sheehy Nissan Family and not just a customer. My future care purchases will be with Sheehy Nissan. More

I just purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue. Barry Parks was my salesman. He is THE BEST! I started my car buying process with tons of research on crossover SUVs, financing, warranties, etc. I was thoroughly pr salesman. He is THE BEST! I started my car buying process with tons of research on crossover SUVs, financing, warranties, etc. I was thoroughly prepared. I met Barry through using Carwoo (a service I highly recommend). He was the only one who responded and interacted with me. I contacted Barry about a car other than one that was provided in my offer. The car was in Mechanicsville, VA!!! Barry had the car brought to this location so that I could check it out. We scheduled a day for me to look at it, and I received a confirmation call which I appreciated. Barry was available at our scheduled time and I did not have to wait. My choice was between a brand New Rogue and a slightly used New Rouge about $450 cheaper. Barry went above and beyond to explain and show the features of both cars and how the slightly used was better value. He was extremely helpful. This is not my first car buying experience, but it was the very best. He was not pushy or rude or impatient and all decisions were up to me. I got a great deal on my Rogue and exceptional service. I was most impressed by the friendly upbeat atmosphere at this dealership. All of the salespeople I saw and heard talking to others were just like Barry!! I also received great service on the financing side. I worked with Janet. She is awesome as well. She was able to beat the financing deal that I walked in the door with. She works really hard to ensure the customers are happy with financing, insurance, and warranties! If you are looking to buy a great new/used car definitely check out Sheehy. More
