My mother and father bought me and my sister a vehicle in December 2012. I have nothing but problems with my car. I have taken it back to the dealership on four different occasions because it is making a lou December 2012. I have nothing but problems with my car. I have taken it back to the dealership on four different occasions because it is making a loud noise. They could not find nothing wrong with it. So now the ESP and ABS lights are coming on and off. I took it to them for this. They tell me that the machine is not even reading that the lights even came on. Now this has happened on several occasions. Now my vehicle smells like antifreeze every time I get out of it and it is leaking from somewhere. They also purchased a warranty and I pay extra on my bill every month. The warranty is useless. No matter what you have to pay money out of pocket even for the rental. It is a terrible experience. Also my sister took her car back as well because of the air condition and they did nothing to help her either. More
My experience at Sheehy was excellent from the time I first entered until the point of purchase. Mr Malcolm McReynolds was outstanding with the patience and understanding he displayed toward me. Willie Edwards, ("BIG WILLIE" as I nicknamed him there) needs a BIG EXTRA BONUS &/or a BIG EXTRA COMMISSION for being a "people person" & a more friendlier type of car salesman at SHEEHY NISSAN him there) needs a BIG EXTRA BONUS &/or a BIG EXTRA COMMISSION for being a "people person" & a more friendlier type of car salesman at SHEEHY NISSAN of Waldorf, Maryland. "Big Willie Edwards", sold my girlfriend a 2013 Nissan Altima, & he also sold us a 2014 Nissan Versa. "Big Willie", has a more real, laidback, & honest style of selling vehicles. If you are going to buy a Used or New vehicle, go see "BIG WILLIE EDWARDS" at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf, Maryland & tell him Pam & Allen sent you there. I hope this Dealer Review finds its way back to Nissan & the bigger bosses of the dealership, so, that "Big Willie Edwards" can be rewarded monetarily for his hard efforts. We came back to "Big Willie Edwards", after only 2 weeks to purchase the 2014 Nissan Versa. It was a 90 degree day too!!!!!!!!!! Thanks "Big Willie Edwards"!!!!!!!!!! Pam & Allen More
I had a very good car buying experience at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. I've driven the same car for ten years and was finally ready to buy another vehicle but not ready to deal with the stress and pressure th of Waldorf. I've driven the same car for ten years and was finally ready to buy another vehicle but not ready to deal with the stress and pressure that can come with the car buying process. After searching online for weeks for my next perfect car I realized that Sheehy Nissan had what I was looking for and was very close to home. I feel that I lucked out. I was contacted by Conrad the next day and we made an appointment for the following weekend. I went in on Saturday expecting to be at the dealership for hours and I was also expecting it to be a stressful environment. I was wrong. Conrad and the finance team were very attentive and friendly and I was in and out of the dealership within three hours. I left the dealership feeling that I got exactly what I came for and the experience was a thousand fold better than I expected it to be. I went back to the dealership after work the following Monday to pick up my car and even though Conrad was very busy he took the time to go over all the features and operations of my newly received vehicle. I look forward to my future experiences with Waldorf Nissan and I will definitely be recommending their services to my friends and family. More

First, my wife purchased a car from Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf three years ago. She went in wanting to buy a used car and had a stict budget of what she wanted to spend. The salesman she dealed with said Waldorf three years ago. She went in wanting to buy a used car and had a stict budget of what she wanted to spend. The salesman she dealed with said that she didn't want a used car and that she should buy a new car instead. They didn't even let her test drive the car! She ended up with a car she didn't really want, that was $50 over her budget. My personal experience with Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf happened today. I had been looking online and going to the dealer to find what used vehicles they had in stock. I came to the conclusion that I wanted a Hyundai Sonata that another Sheehy dealer had used. Joseph informed me that they would be able to have it sent to the Waldorf location and for me to come in and start the paperwork. I went and had completed some of the paperwork when Joseph took me to Derick, their finance guy. This is really where everything went down hill. Derrick asked me what I would be putting down on the car and what I wanted my payments to be. I informed him of how much I wanted to put down (just shy of 50%) and he laughed and said "it doesn't make financial sense to put that much on a used car." He insisted that he could put me in a 2013 Altima. I asked him if the payments would be what I was looking for and he said they would be close. Apparently close to him is much different than close to me. He quoted me $100 over what I said I wanted my payments to be! After many times of having to tell Derrick that I am pretty firm on what my payments need to be, he then insisted that I get a 2013 Sentra. We went round and round and he insisted I sit in a 2013 Sentra. I kept telling him that I didn't like the Sentra, but that didn't stop him. I ended up sitting in the Sentra and not liking it whatsoever. When we came back inside, Derrick told me that what I want my monthly payments to be is not feasible. I have done the calculations and my bank has done the calculations and I knew exactly how much I could finance to make sure I had the payments I wanted. The price that I would have been paying for the Sonata was exactly in that range I knew I could do. After Derrick told me that it was not feasible, I grabbed my stuff and left. I am 23 years old and they thought they could take advantage of me, the same way they took advantage of my wife. I would rather drive the hour and a half to Sheehy of Manassas now then tried to be strong armed in to buying a car that I never wanted. More

The store Manger Gray Williams stated that the could not honor purchase the What's the d price on a Nissan leaf. when i drove 2 hrs to get there. The store Manger Gray Williams stated that the could not honor purchase the What's the deal baby. I really wanted that car it could reduce my travel and cost alot to the firehouse. Im a recent college grad in 2011. Im a vet. I was wondering if there was other programs I could get into. Also they used the federal and state tax credit towards the lease. The deal was 18k 24 months for 123 dollars a mon. I was wondering if there any way this could be resovled More
Today, was the last and final attempt to allow the service department to provide good service. After the last four visits for service and numerous conversations with the service manager and the GM. I service department to provide good service. After the last four visits for service and numerous conversations with the service manager and the GM. I will no longer bring my vehicle to this location for service. Their inability to do simple oil changes, filling out the appropriate documentation, accountability of personnel, curtsey to the customer is just plain and simply subpar. I have had to return my vehicle twice because of their inability to complete a task the correct way the first time. The GM promises action will be taken but fails to follow through. Customer service: Fail Unable to treat customers with respect and ensure that they are 100% satisfied even after identifying they were at fault. Technicians: Fail Unable to perform simple oil change and tire rotations in a timely manner without it having to be redone. Unable to fill out proper check lists during the work being performed to ensure that they do not miss anything as well as to give the customer valuable information about their vehicle during its service. Service advisors: Fail Inability to ensure that the services being requested are being done and the paperwork is being filled out before the customer arrives. Inability to notify the customer of completion of services, except once the customer calls to inquire Washing Techs: Fail Car is never completely clean. There is always streaks and dirt left on car. The department doesn't wash vehicles even if it’s raining. If a customer request for a wash even though the weather is bad then it should be accomplished. Dirt does not just come off the vehicle when water hits it. It takes a little elbow grease to accomplish this task. Management: Fail Unable to control, supervise, remediate complaints of service, and does not follow through with promises of better service. This dealer ship should be shut down. They give all of the car makers a bad name. They are more focused on sales of cars having more sales people on staff sitting around not making sales then they have in their service department. The concept of having a service department if to keep you customer coming back not push them away. I know I will be taking my vehicle back to Springfield, VA at the Sheehy Nissan there since I originally purchased my vehicle from their and always received 5 start service. It is worth driving 60 mile out of my way to a dealer I know I can trust instead of the one 10 miles down the road. I will be recommending to the 10 people around me to not go to this dealer. More
I have been waiting on a part to come in for 2 1/2 weeks. I have not heard anything from the service dept. I had to call after 2 weeks had passed to get a status on this part and all I was told was it some I have not heard anything from the service dept. I had to call after 2 weeks had passed to get a status on this part and all I was told was it sometimes takes longer but no offer to call someone to see why it was taking so long. I was originally told that it would take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. Very dissatified with this issue that I can't seem to get resolved. More
