#1 in Customer Sevice and Professionalism. The BEST! On Sunday, Dec 6th I went to this Dealership to look at a 2012 Nissan Quest. I did my research on the vehicle prior to going to this dealership. Ric On Sunday, Dec 6th I went to this Dealership to look at a 2012 Nissan Quest. I did my research on the vehicle prior to going to this dealership. Rick Cypress greeted me and he took me out for the test drive of this vehicle. During the test ride, Rick was able to share a lot of information and knowledge about the Nissan Quest in general. I had made the decision this was the vehicle for me. However, with my pay off and the price of the 2012 model, Rick and James the General Sales Manager quickly realized I could be in a new 2015 Nissan Quest versus the 2012 Quest and still be within my budget. After looking at their figures, I agreed a 2015 Quest would keep me in my budget and I would be in a new car. Rick and James and their team went to work on finding a 2015 Quest that would keep me in my budget. All I can say is, had it not been for James, making calls around the clock that Monday and locating a 2015 for me, I would not be driving a 2015 Nissan Quest today. This Nissan Team is one heck of a family. Rick, James, Anne, Jennie and Danielle went over and above to help me with getting this Quest and iron out those little details. I even got financed with a low rate (awesome). Everyone I met was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. It was a great experience in this dealership and definitely not the typical dealership at all. One of several things I noticed different about this dealership, is that they go out of their way to communicate with you and keep you informed. Sheehy NISSAN definitely has a very professional team of employees. This is my third brand new vehicle since 1988 and this dealership is #1. I saw a used car on the website, did the credit application and told myself "you know your credit is bad, so you can't be picky if they are even able to finance you". I received an email from Denard that simply said what to bring, I replied "were you able to get me financed?", he said I just need to talk for 5 minutes. I thought " here we go" but I called, he said what kind of note are you looking for? I gave him a ball park figure, told him I'm not putting anything down, and if he can't get me a deal let me know because I have others waiting. He called me and said come pick up your car. So I went out there and asked for him and James said "wait I know who you are because I made sure I got you a good deal." I said ok that's 2 gold stars so far, I said yes it's me I'm here to get the used car Denard said I was approved for, he looked at Denard and said "you didn't tell her?" So of course I had the look like, uh oh, you made me come out here for nothing? I said tell me what? James said, well we ran the numbers and instead of the car you inquired about the payment would be the same for a BRAND NEW CAR!!!. I said oh really???? He said yes, you are getting a 2015 ALTIMA!!!! I politely said "Thank You" and the next thing I know I test drove my new car, came back, went straight in to see Danielle the finance guru, signed maybe 5 forms and then waited for my keys. On top of all that, they detailed the car and filled up the tank. Seriously, I have not had a brand new car since 2007 and I had to put down $3,000. I didn't put down a dime and my credit is JACKED but they found a way and I've been telling everyone to go see them. I know it took all of 40 minutes to do everything from the time I got there to the time I left. All I can say is no matter how bad you think your credit is? They will find a way, I truly appreciate them. More
