Good place for work, just be aware if using VIP priveleges My wife and I purchased her car from another Sheehy dealer and we purchased the VIP program which allows us to take the car to any Sheehy dealer for w My wife and I purchased her car from another Sheehy dealer and we purchased the VIP program which allows us to take the car to any Sheehy dealer for work. Our car is a Ford and the closest Sheehy Ford dealer is over 1 1/2 hours away and Sheehy Nissan is our closest Sheehy dealer. We scheduled the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and my wife made the trip up to have the work done on the date scheduled. The computer system when we scheduled the work showed that the vehicle was a Ford Focus, the email we received said Ford Focus, when she arrived to have the oil change done it took a lot longer than an oil change normally does. The service person came and informed her that the car was done and my wife asked why it took so long. Even though we had put that the car was a Ford they did not have the proper oil filter for the car and had to get it from a Sheehy Ford dealer which was 45 minutes away. While we are very happy with the work, the filter should have been on hand since the appointment was scheduled nearly a week in advance. Overall we are happy with the work and will continue to return but will probably call in advance to try and ensure that the proper filter is on hand. More
