It was amazing two weeks later after purchasing a car from the dealership, Mr. Jones called just to check on “how we are enjoying our new car”. That is what is called excellent customer service. We had a not so good experience with the dealership as a whole but with Kevin Jones, the experience made it worth while. If everyone at Nissan Sheehy Warldorf were like Mr. Jones or a replica of Mr. Jones, I could gladly say they will excel in what they do and take their business to different levels. It is my opinion that Kevin Jones should be made the face and voice of Nissan Sheehy for his exceptional customer service skills. An amazing experience for my first time (dealer) car purchase. No bs and straight to the numbers, honestly never felt like they were looking at me for the size of my pockets or for my young age (which is rare these days) all in all a great experience! A little bit of waiting involved but anyone thinking there walking in and getting a car and leaving all at an instance is sadly mistaken to begin with. Better here than most other places I’m sureeee.
