Terrible Service Department We purchased our vehicle a little over 2 years ago from the excellent sales department of Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. We received 2 warranties on our v We purchased our vehicle a little over 2 years ago from the excellent sales department of Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. We received 2 warranties on our vehicle. Over 5 weeks ago we brought our vehicle in for service. It was determined that the vehicle needed a new transmission covered by warranty. The Service Department does not call and update you about your vehicle and when you call to check on your vehicle, you go through 3 different people and the phone for your service advisor rings. When you finally complain and reach someone, they do not tell you the truth. They tell you your vehicle will be ready Monday, Tuesday, or Friday (the past 3 weeks) and it's not. When you ask to speak with a manager, they are on vacation or in meetings. I will not buy another Nissan because of the terrible service that I have received. Buyer BEWARE! More

I had visited more dealerships than I can count and was getting very frustrated and discouraged. Everyone dreads the car buying process. The dishonest sales people, the "games" they play, the haggling over a deal, the vehicles that look great in pictures online and horrible in person... you get the picture. We experienced none of that at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. Anne, our salesperson, was upfront and honest from the start. Vense, in finance, was so pleasant and upfront as well. I've only had my new vehicle for a couple days, but I absolutely love it! I highly recommend giving Anne and Vinse a call if your in the market for a new vehicle. More
