As far as the people I dealt with, first class, every single one! The reason I subtracted one star for the dealership is that the wait for the finance part of the sale was hours long— It left me tired single one! I am extremely disappointed with this service center. I took my car in the beginning of November for a diagnostic test and have been unsuccessful in obtaining answers regarding the diagnostic results. After the diagnostic test, I was told, "you can scheuled an appointment to get the work completed if you like." I took my car that day due to what I considered non-shalant and bad customer service. I decided to call the service advisor to see if she could answer my orginal questions and to get the work completed but apparently we played phone tag. Since that time, I have called serveral additional times and left the service advisor Ashley messages but have not received a returned call. I even called the corporate office and they had the audisity to ask me to give Ashley a returned call in 5 minutes instead of stating Ashley would return my call. I usually get both of my cars serviced at the Waldorf location, but needless to say, that will not happen again. I will be happy to take my cars to a company that is attentive to it's customer's needs while simulteanously valuing their patronage. Unfortunately, I was not provided the opportunity to give a 0 rating for this review. More

Willie is awesome! ! He definitely has good customer service. Would give it two stars but I'm experiencing some technical problems with my new car off the lot. But no wo ! The worst service center. I took my truck back 4 times for the same problem. They said that they fixed my AC, I got my truck back and 1 week later, no AC. On top of that, the person I was working with got fired in the middle of my service, they said nothing. The new guy didn't know anything and the manager doesn't care.
