Dishonest and incompetent I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I go I had multiple problems with this dealership. I had called beforehand to inquire about the car I was purchasing and a price was agreed upon. When I got to the dealership, they kept trying to increase the price and get me to buy additional extras. They stalled, making me sit there for almost 4 hours while trying to convince me to pay more. I was lied to about several features. I specifically asked about navigation updates and was told there was no cost and it would be done automatically. After I got home and looked through the owner's manual, I found that was a lie. I was told I would have Sirius XM Radio and NissanConnect for 12 months. They both expired a few months later. I left the dealership with under a half tank of gas after being told they would fill the tank before I took possession of the car. While all of these issues may seem rather small, ultimately they totaled well over $1000 in additional expenses when combined. They were supposed to have had the state safety check done to cover the next 12 months. It expired a few months after I purchased the car. They charged me for two years of licensing and I was later told by DMV that Sheehy had given me expired plates. I had to pay a second time to get new license plates. I was lucky I didn't get pulled over during that time or I would have had to pay a fine for expired plates on top of everything else. A few months after my purchase, Sheehy sent a check for a little over $8 with no explanation. They sent it to the wrong address so I didn't get it until months later, after it could no longer be cashed. The check amounted to a SMALL fraction of what I was owed. For weeks after I purchased the car, I kept getting phone calls saying they needed me to send pictures of the mileage on the odometer because they hadn't recorded it and they needed other information on the car. I was out of state at the time so could not respond to their repeated requests for information to cover their incompetence. The messages they left were always vague and non-specific. When I finally did speak with a representative, I was 2000 miles away from the car and unable to provide the documentation they neglected to record. I absolutely would not go back to this dealership, if they were the last one on earth. I doubt i'll be buying another Nissan. More

Brakes Changed and False Recommendation I went to Sheehy Nissan to get my oil change on 5 Apr 16 for my 2007 Nissan Armada and also to get a multi-point check only to be told that my rear br I went to Sheehy Nissan to get my oil change on 5 Apr 16 for my 2007 Nissan Armada and also to get a multi-point check only to be told that my rear brakes were worn out power steering hose is leaking, and my brake fluid was dirty. I declined both services and also had a mechanic at work also take a look at it. I went to the service center with my high performance brakes and slotted rotors only to walk out with the worn out brakes that was recommended for me. I showed a picture of the brakes that were on my vehicle to the service manager and informed him that the brakes were switched because mine had a red outer and you could see through it. Ron, the manager informed me that they would not have had enough time to switch my brakes. He also mentioned that I had an aftermarket key that for my wheels that did they, a Nissan dealership did not have access to. I was provided a number to call Nissan North America, where they took the case performed no follow up on the case. Upon second check by the mechanic I mentioned above, the brake fluid was full and clean; there were no leaks on the power steering hose as recommend and the brakes that I had on there Has been switched by the dealership. I take my vehicle to the dealership to do routine maintenance only to come out with problems that were not previously there. This is the second time I have issues with this service center and giving them the befit of doubt for a second time was my own doing. On the first occasion, I took the same vehicle to get rear hatch lock fixed, but when i took it home nothing hda been fixed. Whomever attempted to fix the hatch stepped all over my seats and did not even bother to clean it up. To top it off, when I returned it to get t looked at, the service manager attempted to charge me again for a job that was less than a week old. My car had to stay at the dealership for two days before I could get it. The promise of a car detail never materialized. I have never writtem a recommendation on a service, but in this case it is warranted and required. When you take your vehicle there, make sure you ask to see what part they are recommending and as the vehicle is already disassembled waiting for your permission, ask to see what they are talking about. Better yet take a picture or ask them to take the picture if you are not allowed in the on the service ground.. I may be one customer they have lost, but hope you read and protect your vehicle. this is my second Nissan vehicle and I have dealt with several dealerships across the country, but this is by far the worse service center I have dealt with. More
Ask for Max Great friendly service. Max, our sales person had a great attitude and friendly smile. Was very helpful and not one of those pushy sale persons. Eve Great friendly service. Any time I sent an email with a question they responded rather than the other responses of "Come in and we will see" The direct and upfront conversations continued as I showed up on the lot unannounced and received a call from Rick Miller asking what I needed and then popping outside to go over details with me. He and Vance were straight up on what flexibility they had and honest about things they couldn't do. I was looking for any reason to leave but made an offer so tempting, I had to take it. Rick went out of his way to make sure I got the exact spec, color, and detail of the car I wanted even though I actually changed my mind and upgraded last second. Presentation was straightforward; they explained every fee and charge delivery of the vehicle was amazing. I would highly recommend Sheehy Nissan and their VIP service! More

The cars has a shaking problem at speeds over 75 mph. I brought it in twice to service, they said the car has no problems and they cant drive over 65 mph so they cant feel the shaking problem, i was told by a manager a email was sent out to the general manager to see what he could do. My car has been there for four days now and not even a follow up call, i had to call today and spoke with the general manager and he told me i should not b going over 65 speed limit. So i asked him if i buy a new car for you and the cars has problems going over 75 to 80 mph safely is that ok. He says yes its ok because i should follow the speed limit and thats not there problem if the car does that, And to contact corporate to see what they can do. There are highways with 70 mph speed limit in va going to front royal route 66 and when people are on that hwy they go over 70 like 75 or 80 i know you shouldn't but that it up to the owner of the car not the job of the dealer. So now im left with a brand new car with less then 3000 miles on it, that can go only 65 mph safely and smoothly. I will never go back to this dealer. Currently made a complaint and started a file with consumer affairs of nissan. More

I would say atleast 3 people walked by with out acknowledging me. Alex walked into the show room and greeted me with a Smile. He started by introducing him self and asking what brought me in. I explain I had been l looking for a safe vehicle for my daughter to go off to college. He showed me the Versa that was in the show room and gave me an Incredible deal. He lated introduced me to Gary Lee,Who is a the general sales manager there. Both Alex and Mr.Lee made this experience a delight! Thank you. God Bless. More

My old car died on me all of a sudden and given that my credit was not the best and my options were very limited; Alex helped me from the beginning until the end and I was able to get a brand new Nissan Sentra in no time! I was looking for a manual transmission and even when they didn't have it on the lot the day I went to buy it, they lend me a car for that night and the next day my car was ready to be picked up. Alex and Rene were really nice and considerate. I highly recommend Sheehy Nissan of Springfield, the managers were awesome to! Great attitude, great atmosphere. More
