I wanted to write and express my overwhelming satisfaction with my recent purchase at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. I bought a 2011 Altima Coupe and I could not be happier. Letting go of my 2000 Fro satisfaction with my recent purchase at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. I bought a 2011 Altima Coupe and I could not be happier. Letting go of my 2000 Frontier was a difficult thing for me to do. I bought that truck from them in July of 2000 and, except for one oil change, brought it to Sheehy for all its service. I am convinced that my truck lasted as long as it did and was ever so reliable because of the exceptional service I received from Jon and their top-notch mechanics. I always felt like a VIP when I came in and Jon has become not only my go-to-guy, but a true friend as well. Sheehy is my "Cheers" of the auto world. These are the reasons that I returned to purchase my new car here at Sheehy. Lori Bacon was fantastic and was very patient with me. She obliged my every request, including the bottom line. They have a top-notch sales consultant there and I would hang onto her! In addition, I had a change of heart on an additional package that I purchased. Carl Leckner did not hesitate to accommodate my request and Jimmy drew up a new contract quickly so I could get in my new ride. Carl - you have an excellent dealership there and so many great people that work for you. I do not know what I would do if Jon ever left. He is by far the best service rep out there and he has always made my service visits easy and stress free. Even when he had the bad news about my truck, he was there for me every step of the way. He has never steered me wrong and he is the number one reason why I keep coming back. Jon - thank you for everything and I look forward to our new adventure with the Altima. Lori - thanks again for being so patient. I hope I did not work you too hard...lol. You were a pleasure to do business with and you made it so much fun. Thanks again to all of you there at Sheehy and I will be seeing you soon. More
My first visit on February 22nd wasn't the best. Javier helped me and my daughter right away and was very professional in writing the service ticket. The mechanic found a few problems including a broken transmission braket, a tire sensor light that was on, and 2 lights were out causing it to fail inspection. Javier tried to help us but I think we had a bit of a language barrier when I tried to explain that we had just gotten new tires 6 weeks earlier and the sensor light was on way before that. After speaking with John he was able to take care of resetting the sensor light. He found that the tire pressure was low. I then tried explaining that everytime we bring our car in for service a brake light, headlight, etc. is out and inquired that maybe there could be something wrong with the electrical system. I didn't get a feel that they took this very seriously and they wanted to charge a lot for each of these lights. I decided to go to Advance Auto Parts and bought the 2 lights that were out all for $16.78 and the sales person installed them for me. When my daughter took the car back for a re-inspection 2 days later another light was out. My daughter talked to Gary who was able to put in the spare bulb we had just purchased. After all of this I came home and wrote a review about this dealership in which Mr. Leckner responded. I must admit that I had lost faith in the dealer BUT after talking to Mr. Leckner and his response to the situation I decided to give Sheehy a second chance and I'm SO happy that I did. Everyone at Sheehy is very dedicated to the quality of work and to great customer service. I would certainly recommend Sheehy to my friends and family. More
I requested a price quote online about the Nissan Altima and got a response from Lori, who was ver rude. Now I am no car sales person, I do know the correct way to speak to someone because I am in SALES myself! I bought a total of four cars from there and this one time put the worst taste in my mouth. Dropped off car because we thought there was a problem with the clutch. The service guy told my husband that I probably did not know how to drive my car. We were informed there was nothing wrong with the clutch, but the oil pan had a leak (no oil in my garage) and oil was being sucked into the manifold. We also needed a new remote. Got the call the vehicle was ready. Cost almost 4500.00 for repairs and they charged $95.00 to program the remote. When we went to pick up the car the cashier was on the phone and she could not be bothered to end her personal phone conversation. She took our credit card and handed me my keys without a word to us. When I asked where my car was she told me outside. January 28, 2010 at 8PM my husband and I are walking around their lot in the dark trying to find our car. No help from an employee. I kept hitting the remote until I finally saw my car lights flashing. A little over a year later and my car is making the same noise and smell. Today I get a call from Sheehy Nissan of Manassas telling me my car is due for service. After hitting many buttons and being transfered many times I get a human voice. I proceed to explain all that has happened to the girl on the phone and she hung up on me! Not the kind of customer service I want. More

I recently went on the internet to seek pricing information. Within minutes Lori contacted me. When I went to the dealership she had the car ready. The price that she gave me was the same as she q information. Within minutes Lori contacted me. When I went to the dealership she had the car ready. The price that she gave me was the same as she quoted over the internet( unlike some of the other dealers who added dealer installed options that I didn't want) Both Larry and Lori listen to my needs and helped me get the car of my dreams. I came in with my daughter to look at some used vehicles and ended up buying a brand new sentra. Manny was great and listened to what my daughter wanted in her car. we live a few hours away but all the ca and ended up buying a brand new sentra. I wasn't even planning on buying a car today; I just went in for a test drive and was gonna buy in a week or two.
