We have had four Nissans (Xterra, Altima, Maxima and Murano) and bought three of these at Sheehy of Manassas. I had a very bad experience on a trade in, so we bought one of the cars elsewhere. Howeve Murano) and bought three of these at Sheehy of Manassas. I had a very bad experience on a trade in, so we bought one of the cars elsewhere. However, all of our cars have been serviced exclusively with Sheehy of Manassas. I am always greeted by name (that amazes me) and feel that I am listened to and don't have to try to "act out" the sounds, problems or issues I encounter. I guess either Jon and Javier are extreme gentlemen, or they understand what I am saying without putting me through my paces to explain what is going on! I always feel they explore the best solution at the lowest possible price, so I never feel a captive at the mercy of a dealership. These two men have earned my respect and loyalty. The cars, of course are the best vehicles we have ever owned and will always check out Nissans before considering another type of car. I would be inclined, however, to consider another Sheehy dealership if I preferred another brand of car simply because I believe they value repeat customers. More
Recently I had been in the Market for New Black 2010 Nissan Rogue S360 AWD, and the dealerships around me had no stock or were unwilling to work with me on a price that I thought was reasonable. My brot Nissan Rogue S360 AWD, and the dealerships around me had no stock or were unwilling to work with me on a price that I thought was reasonable. My brother-in-law is from the DC area and talked to a few dealerships there. We spent 2 weeks talking and negotiating with different dealerships, until we had a few that seemed like they were in the price range I was looking for. My first stop on Friday Night was Koons Nissan of Falls Church. There we had been speaking with Harrison, who had promised a price for a Rogue S360, but when I go there, he said that he had been mistaken and it was $2000 more and it was for the base model Rogue S…we said “no thanks, we will go to one of the other dealerships we spoke with” and he said that his sales manager wanted to meet us. The sales manager was arrogant, disrespectful, and rude; he laughed at our price, and said if we get one for that price, to “bring it past.” I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS… Our next stop was Brown’s Fairfax Nissan. Here we spoke to James, he appeared to be a good guy, he was willing to work with our offered price. They had the car on the lot, but in order for him to sell it at the price we had offered, we had to agree to purchase the “Appearance Package,” which was wheel locks, some cheap rubber edging on the doors and wheel-wells, and a god awful giant pin strip right up the side. I told him I didn’t want it, but he said it was already on, and it would cost $250 to take it off…To James’s credit, he appeared to know the package was ridiculous, but said that is what he needed to do the deal. We went for a walk to see the car on the lot and the pin stripe made a huge difference and there seemed to be some confusion as to how much residue would be left on the car if it was removed. We told James we were going to look around, but I would have come back to them if I needed to, because, besides the ridiculous request, everyone there seemed to be honest… The next morning, we went to Nissan of Chantilly. We spoke with Justin here, who initially seemed great. We told him what we wanted, a Black Rogue 360, and he said he had none on the lot, but he could find one no problem. We had spoken to him before, and told him what I wanted to pay, he said that we wouldn’t know for sure until he found one. Then he came back and said there were none in the region. We explained that we closed a dealership the night before, where they had two, and he said that they aren’t showing up in the computer and they must have listed them as sold to get credit from Nissan and then hoped to sell them before people find out, what he described as a common practice from Brown’s (I have no idea if this was the case, but that is what he said…not that I believe anything that he said was true at this point). My brother-in-law got on the phone immediately to Sheehy Nissan in Manassas (our next stop) and she said she had one that came off the truck the night before. While my brother in law was making calls, Justin led me to the lot to try and sell me what he had there. I explained that I wanted what I wanted, and he said “you gotta work with me! I promise we can give you a bangin’ deal.” I explained that I wanted an AWD and none of the vehicles here were AWD. He continued to make a case for FWD until my brother-in-law walked up and said that another dealer had one. We walked back inside and I was collecting my things and he came over and said, “good news, we found one” which really pissed us off, because at this point we realized they were lying about not being able to find us one, just to get us to buy the cars on the lot. We told him we were going to move on and he got really defensive and wrote my lowball figure on paper and said, “we have one for you, sign that and that is what we will sell it to you for,” but at this point, why would I have trusted anything he said and committed to a purchase before seeing the car…we moved on… So our next and final stop was Sheehy Nissan in Manassas. Here we dealt with Jenifer, who was extremely pleasant, but walked VERY FAST…She showed me the car I wanted. It had Kick-plates along the doors that looked really great. I compare that to the “appearance package” something that the dealership adds on, that they can overcharge you for, but instead of cheap and unnecessary, these looked clean and sharp. The price was not as low as I had hoped to start with, but we negotiated until it was very close to my original offer, and I saw the car I was buying before I bought it. I never felt like they were trying to get something over on me. And over all I was extremely happy. So it took 4 dealerships and 4 varying levels of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, but I got my car near the price I wanted it and I couldn’t recommend Sheehy Nissan of Manassas more. I drove my Rogue S360 the 220 miles home today and I couldn’t have been happier. More
The customer service has always been great at Sheehy Nissan working with Mr Diaz. Mr. Diaz has always provided in detail future services I should be aware of and the condition of my vehicle. This gives Nissan working with Mr Diaz. Mr. Diaz has always provided in detail future services I should be aware of and the condition of my vehicle. This gives me confidence in this service dept. The labor rates are a little high and sometimes double the parts cost. I wish that Sheehy would accept American Express Charge Card, which it would make it more convenient. I always try and have my vehicle appointments made with Mr. Diaz. I feel when I make an appointment with Mr.Diaz he is making sure maintenance on my car is done right. More

My mom and I walked into Sheehy Nissan today and left with a 2010 Nissan Versa. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated, whether they were working directly with a 2010 Nissan Versa. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated, whether they were working directly with us or not. We participated in one of their in-store mini-auctions, and were the highest bidders on the Versa. With tax, tags, and fees, we were out the door for $9,500. We wouldn't even have known about this if not for one of their sales associates, Donna Lockhart. She was absolutely amazing, and incredibly helpful. And we couldn't have gotten a better price anywhere else! (We know, we tried) They took the time to make sure the car was spotless and read through all of the manuals with me. This was my first major car purchase, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
I did business with Sheehy Nissan in Manassas, VA because of the great deal with AAA over the Internet and the good recommendations from previous customers. Manny was excellent at keeping in contact with me of the great deal with AAA over the Internet and the good recommendations from previous customers. Manny was excellent at keeping in contact with me through the Internet and knew my name at least when I walked into the dealership. He is a very easy person to talk with and to do business with. He definitely has his clients desires and interests at heart and goes above and beyond to accommodate them. His offer of future assistance was very sincere and diminishes the awkwardness of returning to the dealership for any reason. The other person I did transactions with was JEff. I don't remember his last name, but he was explained the extra packages that were available and took the check for the car. He was also very professional. More
