My experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas was astonishing. This was my first time purchasing a car from an actual dealership, and my car had just died on me. I needed something fast and something that was realiable and I found it there. The customer service was beyond belief, and the gentleman who assisted me throughout the whole process was Gregory Howard. A very pleasant and helpful individual. He wanted to make sure I was happy and that the car met all of my expectations. Gregory took his time and made sure that I got the best price and that everything was within my budget. He didnt pressure me into making any type of decision and although i changed my mind several times he was very patient and understanding. Not only that but my credit wasnt the best, and they were still able to get me into a fabulous car, with an affordable monthly payment. Along with all the great deals they have, Sheehy has an incredible VIP program which will save me an enormous amount a year on car services. When I walked into the dealership I was upset and wasnt really looking forward to a car payment, however after leaving I am happy to be paying for a car that is well worth it. I typically dont do reviews but Sheehy deserves its recognition. Thank you to all the people who took their time to assist me and to Gregory for making this experience painless. :) More

Sheehy Manassas is a very great dealership. I went in not expecting to leave with anything becasue i was upside down in my payments with my clunker i got from Carmax. Brad was friendly with a good sense of humor. I felt he had a passion for his job and he was very knowledgeable. He maintained a professional attitude even during difficult negotiations. He insisted it was no problem and replaced it with a new one. I speak with an accent and Brad seemed to have no problem understanding me and he spoke very clearly and patiently to me. I will certainly recommend Brad to any of my friends who are looking for a car. More

Our salesman Brad was straight forward with us. He worked with us to give the vehicle and the price we wanted. There was no pressure at anytime to buy a more expensive vehicle or one we did not like. We have owned a Nissan Murano for 5 years and had a Nissan Quest. We traded in the Quest 2 years back for a Honda Odyssey and it was the BIGGEST mistake! Our number one reason for trading the Odyssey back in (a few days ago) for a 2011 Nissan Quest is for the customer service. Jon Picone in Nissan Service is fantastic - he is loyal, straight forward and always gives you his recommendations. We have always felt comfortable with him - we can't say enough positive things! I am now the proud owner of my first car..A Nissan Sentra!
