Everyone at Sheehy Nissan was incredible! I first met Brad when a friend of mine was buying a used car last year and came away with happy with a great deal on a used Altima. My experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas was astonishing. This was my first time purchasing a car from an actual dealership, and my car had just died on me. I needed something fast and something astonishing. This was my first time purchasing a car from an actual dealership, and my car had just died on me. I needed something fast and something that was realiable and I found it there. The customer service was beyond belief, and the gentleman who assisted me throughout the whole process was Gregory Howard. A very pleasant and helpful individual. He wanted to make sure I was happy and that the car met all of my expectations. Gregory took his time and made sure that I got the best price and that everything was within my budget. He didnt pressure me into making any type of decision and although i changed my mind several times he was very patient and understanding. Not only that but my credit wasnt the best, and they were still able to get me into a fabulous car, with an affordable monthly payment. Along with all the great deals they have, Sheehy has an incredible VIP program which will save me an enormous amount a year on car services. When I walked into the dealership I was upset and wasnt really looking forward to a car payment, however after leaving I am happy to be paying for a car that is well worth it. He insisted it was no problem and replaced it with a new one. I speak with an accent and Brad seemed to have no problem understanding me and he spoke very clearly and patiently to me. Our salesman Brad was straight forward with us. He worked with us to give the vehicle and the price we wanted. There was no pressure at anytime to buy a more expensive vehicle or one we did not like.
