The last thing on earth I wanted to do was buy a car, but after an accident that totalled my car, I had no choice. I had fallen in love with the Nissan Juke, but they were in scarce supply. My salesman, John Simmons, worked with me and was extremely friendly and empathetic. Compared to some of the sleazy, manipulative dealers I was working with, he was a blessing! Long story short, just when I had given up on finding a Juke I wanted, I made an appointment with John -- and pulled up right next to a new Juke that someone had just turned down. Thanks to John, I was able to drive away in a car I'm very proud to drive! This dealership, as a whole, has been great, but I really want to commend John. Door wells never cleaned cup holders still had goop!! The less than professional night detailer that had my CUBE was less than caring!!! He tried to tell me the paint was bad? This is a 2009 CUBE Krom, so the paint is not bad. The rims are dirty and he over sprayed the tires and now I have tire shine on my paint. That is BAD for the paint!! The spots are still on the back seats!! He used a dirty rag to wipe the inside down? The windows are still dirty? The door jams and sill were not clean. He did not even do a real vac job on the sides? HOW IS THIS ALL POSSIBLE. Jon walked the car with me and saw all the issues? He was a true service professional. He refunded the price of the detail. I can not believe that your dealership is selling a service YOU CAN NOT DELIVER. I feel that you should pay for my car to be detailed by a professional!! Very UNHAPPY customer!!! So my car just died and being without a car in Northern Virginia just does not work. So being in a kind of rush needing a car fast, I did a ton of re search online. I went to a specific dealer site and found more than one nice car that I wanted to look at. I first tried Sheehy of Springfield. I went into the dealer only to find that 2 of the cars were not at that site even though the print outs I brought said Springfield. The one and only car they had there was actually the top of my list. I find a salesman and ask for a test drive. Only to find out that after a full 15min sales pitch the salesman was trying to sell me a car that was already sold but still on the lot with no notice that it was already sold! BIG LETDOWN! One of the other vehicles on my list was at Sheehy in Manassas. Seeing that I live in Woodbridge I decided to take a chance. I called before I went and was helped right away by Alex, who ensured me that the vehicle was still there and available for sale. I went right down to take a look. Alex had the car pulled around waiting for me which was a big help seeing as I was already a little upset about my experience in Springfield and tired from a full day of car shopping. When I arrived Alex handled the situation beautifully. He was very relaxed not pushy. He didnt try to aggressively sell me a car and shove the information at me. Which is one reason I hate car shopping. After a test drive I was sold. Half way through the sales process a transformer was struck by lightning and all the power went out!!! Alex was really great about it ensured me that he would hold the car for me until I could come back the next day. Overall I had a really good experience buying a car at Sheehy Nissan. Even though it was a long day and I was pretty stressed about taking a loan and buying a car I am satisfied. More
