My daughters and I had visited 2 other Nissan dealers in the area and were not impressed with their service. They were cool and very impersonal. I spoke with John over the phone a few days before visiting the area and were not impressed with their service. They were cool and very impersonal. That made a great impression on me. On Saturday while at another dealer, before signing the paper work, I excused myself and stepped out and called John. I informed him that I was at ----Nissan. I gave him the price they quoted me and asked if they could beat that price. He said Sheey could and they would. I told the salesman at the Nissan dealer I would be back. My daughters and I headed straight for Sheehy Nissan. We were greeted warmly and friendly by the staff, but more so by John. At that momement I was convinced that I was going to buy a car from John regardless of the price. The customer service was excellent. Not only did we purchase 1 car, but my daughter traded her Nissan Rogue in for a Nissan Sentra. John sold us 2 cars that day. My experience at this dealership was outstanding. From the momemnt I emailed them and up to now they have always been in constant communication with me. My test drive they let me go with just my family so we could talk openly abou the 2010 Nissan Titan Pro 4X. When it came time to deal, everything went smooth and again just so friendly. They offered me drinks and they even had a BBQ with burgers and hot dogs! Later in the day, the GM even bought ice cream for everyone on the lot! After my car was purcahsed, I was dealing with Olivia Cartier. Superb service! Answered everyone of my questions and took care of everything. I wanted tint installed, and she scheduled everything and even followed up with me! Its hard for me to talk on the phone during the day, but she communicated with me via email and text and got everything taken care of and ready when I arrived. I have another appointment scheduled and she even reminded me she would be contacting me in 2 weeks to remind me. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Not only are their prices low, their customer service is outstanding. I visted two other Nissan dealerships, and this one by far stood out. No pressure just relaxed and super friendly! More
