I went in this dealership (08/13/2012) to see this car ( it is 100 miles from my home) and after two hours that we spent talking to them they said they don't have it any more. I told them that I will sue th it is 100 miles from my home) and after two hours that we spent talking to them they said they don't have it any more. I told them that I will sue them if they don't remove this car from web and car is still listed here. This is big scam to drive people to their dealership. Then they try to trick me into another one that they have for $17.995 even though they have flyer on table with price for car $15.995 right in the front of them.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM THEM !!!!!!!! I had a bad vibration coming from my 2010 Nissan Maxima. I came to Sheehy Nissan ay 3:00 PM expecting to have to leave my vehicle for the weekend since they close at 4. The Service advisor John checked me i I came to Sheehy Nissan ay 3:00 PM expecting to have to leave my vehicle for the weekend since they close at 4. The Service advisor John checked me in and with in 20 minutes he had a diagnosis, solution and cost of repair. Not only that, he offered the $25.00 off coupon the dealership advetisment was featuring and that the technician working on my vehicle would stay until my vehicle was finished! By 5:05 PM my vehice was finished test driven and reciept clearly printed and detailed! The technician even parked my car in the garage so I wouldn't have to look for it! Jon walked me to the cashier, went over my bill asked if I had any questions and then handed me a coupon for a free carwash! My ride back home was smooth and vibration free and I enjoyed the rest of my weekend! Thanks Jon and Sheehy Nissan of Manassas More

First and foremost I would like to acknowledge Brad Colding, Sr for his exhilarating customer service. I had no intention of buying a new car let alone a truck too. I have found in the past the haggl Colding, Sr for his exhilarating customer service. I had no intention of buying a new car let alone a truck too. I have found in the past the haggling process in car dealerships to be exhausting and unnecessarily drawn out. I came in for an oil change, was using up time while the mechanic worked on my car and was looking at a showroom truck. Brad asked if we (Don and I) had any questions, at which time we started asking away. Brad never hesitated, we needed a certain price for two new vehicles, as well as trade in values and he delivered both in an extremely friendly yet timely professional manner. Brad listens intently to a customers needs and then removes all roadblocks. Brad has a quality of work rare to find these days, he knows the Nissan products, how to present them so the average customer can quickly grasp the new features and continually makes sure you are having an overall wonderful experience. Brad also made sure we knew about the VIP program and how adding this plan will continue our savings and loyalty to Sheehy Manassas. As for customer service, Brad doesn't know anything but A+ customer service. Brad listens, evaluates and delivers customer satisfaction. We will be telling family, friends and people we meet about the friendly service we received at Sheehy Nissan in Manassas. We love our new Frontier 4x4 and Altima SL. We came in for an oil change and left with 2 new vehicles. While waiting for the service to finish, we wandered looking at new cars. I felt comfortable at once and started asking questions.Brad answered all our questions like he had the manual in his hands. His knowledge of the products he sells is outstanding, no I don't know, I'm not sure, I'll have to check. I have been in retail almost 40 years and his customer service, product knowledge, friendliness and easy, professional negotiating on price left me with the best overall experience that I have had in a long time. I purchased a used 2010 Civic from this dealer. A week after taking ownership, the transmission needed to be replaced. They wanted me to rent a car when it was benign fixed, but finally relented and gave after taking ownership, the transmission needed to be replaced. They wanted me to rent a car when it was benign fixed, but finally relented and gave me a loaner. I brought it back a week later to report the brakes feeling soft and asked them to look at them. They told me they had a ton of pad left and were fine. 2 months later, after I'm out of warranty, their Alexandria location informs me that the squeeking coming from my car is my front breaks because there are no brake pads left! The Manassas location told me "that's the risk you take when buying a used car". The Alexandria location agreed there is no way the car should have passed internal or state inspections and the issue should have been fixed when I reported it. Needless to say I had to pay over 300 dollars to fix the issue. I've reported them to the BBB and Attorney Generals office in VA. Their GM hung up on me earlier today and has yet to have his boss call me. More
My service adviser treated me as a special person. He explained everything that my car maintance needed as well as the reasons for same. There is not doubt that do to Jon's professionalism and the cost of the services preformed, I will continue to return for any service needed but will recommend Jon to all my friends and Sheehy when they consider buying a new car.
