The employees were unbelievably kind and thorough. Great service all around. I will buy my next car here too. I have never been to a car dealership that ran as smoothly and valued a customer more. I had such a WONDERFUL experience at Sheehy Nissan in Manassas that I felt obligated to write a review on it. I came in to Sheehy Nissan DREADING the car buying experience. I hate all of the pressure, an Manassas that I felt obligated to write a review on it. I came in to Sheehy Nissan DREADING the car buying experience. I hate all of the pressure, and salesmen circling around you like vultures. I made sure I brought my father along just for that reason. Strangely, to my surprise Sheehy Nissan is NOT like that at all! Kris Byrd helped me find the EXACT car that I wanted. I was looking at a compact SUV, and the Nissan Rouge seemed to fit that bill. However, it had to be white, and had to have rims. Kris made sure I found what I was looking for, but I never felt pressured to make the deal that day. He actually LET me walk away so I could sleep on it. Came back the next day with my trade in, but my car of my dreams was still out of my max price range. Kris worked with me for HOURS to get me to my price range between rebates and financing. I'm so happy with my new car and my experience at Sheehy Nissan in Manassas! Many thanks to Kris for being able to deal with me because I am not the easiest customer! I will continue to come back here for future cars! You guys rock! :) More

They don't honor their on-pricing. I was sent an "Internet Price" of $20,995 as the base price minus all incentives. Of course on top of that come the usual Destination Charge, Processing Fee, Tax "Internet Price" of $20,995 as the base price minus all incentives. Of course on top of that come the usual Destination Charge, Processing Fee, Tax and Tags. I also was trading in two vehicles for which I provided the KBB trade in values, which they agreed to. First I dealt with the internet department who raised the sale price with all incentive before fees, taxes, tags, destination charge etc. from $20,995 to $22,500. This raised the final cost to me( - trade-in + fees, taxes, tags, destination charge) from $10,700 to 12,200. I pointed this out in an email response and got no response from their internet department. I tried another email, again with no response. So I decided to go to the Sheehy dealership and talk to a salesman, to whom I gave all the info showing the mistake in the Internet Quote. He again agreed to the KBB trade values but when the salesman and sales manager figured the deal, suddenly the final cost went to $14,000! Beware if you ever go to this dealership, the sales dept. is dishonest and will try to rip you off by mixing up the numbers so as not to give you the trade value. Like the old saying goes, figures lie and liars figure. Caveat Emptor, let the buyer beware! More
Service department is horrible, unless you are Jon's buddy - who gets taken care of right away, while everyone else wait. I took my vehicle in for regular service, that is oil change and tire rotation. buddy - who gets taken care of right away, while everyone else wait. I took my vehicle in for regular service, that is oil change and tire rotation. Jon suggested I get my State inspection done which was not due for a month and a half, 2 hours later my car is still sitting in the same spot has not been touched. I inquired about the status of my vehicle and asked if i could schedule an appointment to return another time. Jon callously informed me I could return another weekday or the following Saturday at 7am but i may have to wait again. Are you kidding me! No value for customer's time. I definintely will not return here for service. Beware of the Sheehy VIP service they offer when you purchase your vehicle. More
If someone was to tell me that they were thinking about getting a car, I would send them right on over to Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience working with Gregory Howa getting a car, I would send them right on over to Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience working with Gregory Howard. Greg turned what can be a stressful event into something that was a piece of cake. He was very patient with me and willing to give his time to get everything taken care of with my new lien holder. I believe he actually stayed a little late so that I could stop by to fill out some last minute paperwork. With such great customer service, I already know where I will get my next car from when the time comes. Gregory Howard has charmed me into being a Sheehy customer for life! More
IF YOU ARE GOING TO READ ANY OF THE REVIEWS, I SUGGEST YOU READ THIS ONE. IT SOUNDS GREAT, BUT THEN THEY STARTED BEING SKETCHY AND RUINED THEIR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING. I went in looking for a YOU READ THIS ONE. IT SOUNDS GREAT, BUT THEN THEY STARTED BEING SKETCHY AND RUINED THEIR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING. I went in looking for a new car. I ended up with a Nissan Juke with a great 4.19% interest rate. Craig Phillips is an amazing salesman and was very straight forward and honest with me. I really appreciated it and I have serious positive raves for him. I am a new car buyer. I am young. First thing they did was schedule me for my special wax (That I paid extra for) I told them I could only do Saturdays because they needed someone over 25 (I'm 22) to sign for my loaner, since it is through enterprise and not their own dealership. They said sure, they could do it and have it back to me by 7-8 pm that night. I had to have my dad take a day off work to come in on Saturday to help me with this. They call me at 6 pm the Friday before to tell me that they can't do it, and they will have to reschedule for sometime in the week, which I already told them several times, that because I am underage for a rental, it has to be a Saturday. I told them no. This will not do. After some arguing with them, they agreed to pay for my rental until Monday. I was told to arrive at 8 am. I got there at 8 and they told me that the rental place didn't open until 9. WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST SCHEDULE ME FOR 9??? Butch was rude and acted like I was an idiot when I got there. I left it there and waited for the rental place, which I was told was going to be free of charge, but they hold $100.00, fine. I never got a call to tell me it was finished. I had to call them myself, and after being hung up on three times, finally asked to talk to sales, since they did a better job at answering my questions. I picked up my car... And that's when the real problems started. A week later, they called me to tell me that they lost the title to my trade. The trade that I HAD to sign over to get the car. The trade that I had to have my FATHER there to sign with me. I told them this can't be right and to double check because they have the title, and I have witnesses to prove it. Then, today, they call me to tell me that I need to come in to sign a new contract. They said "I would be happier." This seemed entirely too sketchy for me, since I already finished all the paperwork and they were already doing a great job at raising red flags. I did my research and consulted with my lawyer, who told me that this was not uncommon and was a shady sales tactic. Sure enough, I asked them to fax me a copy of the old and new contracts... After 2 hours and 4 phone calls later, and telling them that I cannot sign anything without my lawyers approval, they sent it. The mentioning of a lawyer really seemed to light a fire under their bums. The new contract DOUBLED MY INTEREST RATE, INCREASED THE AMOUNT I WOULD BE PAYING IN INTEREST (Which, mind you, is all money directly in their pockets), removed my extended warranty (7 year warranty to be exact) and voided my VIP Nissan Protection Plan. (Of which was $3,000.00 in my original contract) AND INCREASED MY MONTHLY PAYMENT. MIND YOU NONE OF THIS I WAS HAPPY ABOUT. They tried to sell me on the fact that the overall amount I was paying was less and the terms were less months. They tried to make me think that I had to come in and sign. And that I was originally declined for the original contract that I signed. Then tried to tell me that a contract is not valid until Nissan approves it, which if that were the case, why would I be required to sign the other one, the "Spot Delivery?" They tried really hard to make me think that I "had to sign it" because the other one was "not valid." I did all my research before I went in there. They were doing such a great job at making me suspicious that I DID MY RESEARCH. MIND YOU THIS IS NOT THE CASE. THE CAR IS IN MY NAME AND THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT IS LEGALLY BINDING UNLESS I SIGN OTHERWISE. I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO CHANGE THE CONTRACT. THEY CANNOT TAKE THE CAR BACK JUST AS I CANNOT GIVE THE CAR BACK. I AM BOUND BY THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT. DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU. IF THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO SIGN OR THEY WILL TAKE THE CAR BACK, CALL THE POLICE. IT IS EXTORTION. I proceeded to tell them no, the original contract is the only thing that I am keeping. If they can't stand by it, that I wanted my old car back, my down payment back, and I could give the car back (This is 3 weeks after I've purchased it. I've already put 1500 miles on this car. It was brand new) My old car is not on the lot. Mind you, the law states if they already sold the car and have no means of getting it back, they are required to give you AT LEAST the blue book value for that car. Anyways, I decided I wanted to keep the car and told them I was just going to go home, the "new contract" was no good and we were going to stand by the agreements of the original contract and if they wanted to take me to court, they could. It's their own contract that they are fighting. The same contract that is legally binding to them. That was created so consumers can't get out of it. They can't even give the car back. If I had one thing to say about this dealership is that they have ruined my experience with them. Three strikes and they are out. They gave me a revised contract trying to "sweeten the deal" but they still seem to get that extra $3,000.00 interest, which I said before, is all money in their pockets. PLEASE USE CAUTION WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More
