We just bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra from Sheehy Nissan in Manassas, VA tonight and had to take a few minutes to share the incredibly positive experience we had. We worked closely with Abdi for about a week to ensure we had the right car at the right price. Abdi was very patient with us as we worked through various options and colors. When we finally decided to buy the car, Abdi met us at the door and had the car in front - ready for purchase. He introduced us to Charles, our salesperson, who worked through the paperwork with us. We were in-and-out of the dealership in about an hour. It was the most streamlined process we've ever seen. Everything was EXACTLY as negotiated - with no hidden surprises. I never thought buying a car could be so easy. If you are in the market for a car, we HIGHLY recommend that you visit Abdi at Sheehy Nissan in Manassas. Brought my car here for an oil change. They took it for a joy ride scratched up my rims and took car out of alignment. Carl promised an alignment and 2 rims. They never did either. A recent episode at this dealership has proven to be laidened with BAIT-SWITCH sales methods. Resolution with this sales manager has proven to be at par with this dealership's sales methods, SAY ONE THI laidened with BAIT-SWITCH sales methods. Resolution with this sales manager has proven to be at par with this dealership's sales methods, SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER. False advertisment and bait and switch sales means a poor outcome for all involved, now they receive a poor review from me and a sales loss of potential fom some other poor soul. The dealership lied about it's meet or beat sales pitch or receive $4ooo dollars, this is of course yet another of their deceptive sale methods, as they never intend to honor this advertisment ad. I urge all federal employees to avoid this dealership and go spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I have filed a report with the Attorney General of the commenwealth of Virginia against this dealership and have also notified the BBB of their sales pratice, please save your self time and moey and AVOID THIS DEALSRESHIP. I purchased my vehicle from Steven Lamey at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas, and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, thanks to him! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle (first Nissan purchase) and I of Manassas, and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, thanks to him! This is my second time purchasing a vehicle (first Nissan purchase) and I know how stressing and annoying buying a new car can be, especially if you're going in "undecided". Steven made this experience easy and painless. I feel he really took care of me, listened, and understood my desires in a car. I came in hesitant, and left MORE than satisfied with my purchase. Steven provided exceptional customer service, was very patient, and SO personable. He even took me through different cars, their features and made sure I understood what I was buying and most importantly, that I was 100% IN LOVE with my purchase. He worked with me to negotiate the terms of my purchase and I was truly happy he was my sales guy. Truly a great guy and extremely customer service oriented. You can definitely tell that he knows his stuff and I would come back to him and recommend anyone I know to Sheehy Nissan of Manassas BECAUSE of Steven. First time visiting this dealership was a nice experience test drove a few cars enjoyed the pathfinder but was telling Steven about my commute to dc everyday for work and showed me the sentra and loved it.
