Don't be scammed by this group. I drove 6 hours and had all the info in emails. I had seen other folks with similar experiences where they were lured in. I even sent the reviews to GM and sales associa had all the info in emails. I had seen other folks with similar experiences where they were lured in. I guess shame on me for not taking into consideration the similar scenarios on this site. After numerous emails. I agreed to the $550 for 60 months. After sitting down after a long drive I was told by the sales associate " I meant 66 months". I showed the manager the email and he would not honor the price. I luckily have a contact that is high up with Nissan North America. I also am sending all emails to local news station. It cost me my time, 2 tanks of gas and a hotel room. This is by far the worst dealership I've ever had to deal with!!! I will advise you if you EVER are purchasing a Nissan car please don't accept their scam to purchase the additional package that include deal with!!! I'm sorry but if I am purchasing anything from YOU you'd better be providing what I purchase. There has been not only 1 but 3 occasions with this specific dealership wasting my time. First experience, I call before I need to go in for an oil change and am told by a service associate there is no need for me to make an appointment just come in, of course I drive all the way there and they are not available for any additional oil changes, this is at 1:00pm, not like I showed right before closing. Second time, same situation, was advised to just come in and no appointment needed, I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours for an oil change. Third time, after calling and being lied to previously about "no appointment needed, just come in", I decided to make an appointment online, received a confirmation and everything, drove up there and come to find out they are closed, I then had to drive to a local gas station to waste more $ on something I should be receiving from Nissan. How do you confirm an appointment with me then are closed, makes no sense to me. I will be reporting this to the BBB, not only for wasting my time each time I had to drive up there for no reason but for also scamming me for a service I am not receiving. If you care about your time and $ like me, I advise you to NEVER do business with these people. More
