I cannot say enough about the quality of Service and the customer care the Sheehy Nissan Team provides each and every time I bring one of my vehicles in for either routine maintenance or warranty service. customer care the Sheehy Nissan Team provides each and every time I bring one of my vehicles in for either routine maintenance or warranty service. It is because of the continuing quality of the service that I have purchased all of my vehicles over the last 20 years from Sheehy of Manassas. My son and daughter are now also loyal Sheehy customers and I gladly recommend Sheehy to anyone looking to buy or have their vehicle professionally serviced. More

I was interested in buying a new Juke and made contact with them to set a test drive and sales appointment. I went through USAA and there true car system and Sheehy Nissan was one of the recommended deale with them to set a test drive and sales appointment. I went through USAA and there true car system and Sheehy Nissan was one of the recommended dealers and according to the USAA true car system they had the Juke I wanted on the lot. I called and spoke to a guy named Chris about setting up an appointment to test drive and purchase my car. I talked to Chris for about two hours as we negotiated a price. Once we had a price we agreed on and set an appointment time thats when everything went to xxxx. Fifteen minutes after talking to him he called me back to tell me that they had made a mistake and that the vehicle I was specificly looking for was not on the lot and that they needed to find me one at another location. Then some guy with a middle eastern accent calls and says that he was a manager at there springfield location and that they did not have the color I requested and wanted to no what color I would settle for since the color I asked for was not available. Then Chris called back and said that since the car was going to be delivered from another lot that it was going to cost me an additional $500. I asked why I should pay a fee for delivery after the USAA True Car system said the vehicle was there, and that during the first two hour conversation the car was there.When I asked to speak with his manager he put the same guy with the middle- eastern accent on the phone who then admitted that he was the same guy I had already talked to that was supposed to be from the other location. Basicly ther liars and apparently there managers condone and encourage this behavior so they can dupe people out of as much money as possible. I still got my Juke and a fair and honest deal but I had to go see Charlie at Browns Nissan Fairfax to do it and I would recommend everyone else do the same.... More

From the moment I arrived, Eric listened to what I was looking for and what features I was interested in. He showed me different types of vehicles and was very patient as I made my decision. Everything was very smooth - From initial test drive to signing the final papers. Everyone we dealt with was great. This is actually our second new car purchase from Sheehy Nissan. I gave the ratings I did because I wasn't able to purchase a car from Sheehy based on availability, but working with Craig Phillips was excellent. I was sad when I couldn't actually buy a my new car purchase a car from Sheehy based on availability, but working with Craig Phillips was excellent. I was sad when I couldn't actually buy a my new car from him. He worked hard to find what I was looking for and kept calling to give me updates. Unfortunately, Sheehy was a day too late in getting what I was looking for as I purchased a vehicle from a different dealer. Thanks Craig for the AWESOME service!!! I recently drove 3.5 hours just to buy a new Nissan Armada for Sheehy. More specifically Abdi Kadir. he was great to work with friendly and honest. Because of the distance most of the work was done usi Armada for Sheehy. More specifically Abdi Kadir. he was great to work with friendly and honest. Because of the distance most of the work was done using cell phone and emails. This dealership and Mr. Kadir are trustworthy and very fair with pricing. I would highly recommend trying them for a car purchase no matter what the distance is. Thank you Sheehy and Abdi for the great new car buying experience, I'll be back. More

I "locked in" a price on the internet, and was promptly contacted by Mr. Kadir. He was very polite and courteous and answered all of my questions during this experience.
