Had an appointment for 1pm for a oil change and tire rotation. He tried to up sell for Alignment, Induction cleaning and brake fluid change, at check in, without even seeing the car, stating it's recomm rotation. Totally ignored my complaint of the infotainment system problems that they didn't fix when I brought in under warranty. My car didn't go back to the mechanic for 2 hours, for 2 hours it sat in the check in area. I have no complaint with the work the mechanic did, but 2 1/2 hours for an "express" oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. All I got as a response when I expressed how unhappy I was "Well it's a holiday", it was veterans day, unfortunately not a day everyone gets off of work... If he would have told me when I checked in it could be a couple of hours I would have left and gone to one of the quick lube places. Just totally inconsiderate and dismissive of my time, and walked away while I was complaining like he didn't have time for me... More

Earlier this month, I made an service appointment for a problem with my 2021 Sentra. The 1st problem was that the service dept was operating on a first come first serve basis. My car's "turn" did not come problem with my 2021 Sentra. The 1st problem was that the service dept was operating on a first come first serve basis. My car's "turn" did not come until over an hour after my appt time. I was then told that a sensor was bad and it would be received and installed the next week. It is now into week 3 and I have heard nothing from your service dept. Also, I was told a software update was done and now my dash display goes dark when the lights are set on automatic, which I normally do at all times. Now I have to operate my lights manually, if I want a dash display in the daytime. I have purchased 4 cars at Sheehy Manassas and received excellent service on 3 of them. I can tell you now that my recent service experience will be a factor when I am ready to purchase again More
