I bought late, close to closing time on a Saturday night. Everyone was super accommodating and very friendly. Got a great deal on my Murano. Finance was awesome also. Sorry I cannot remember her name. She was able to give me a great deal on the warranty and also beat my interest rate from the credit union. Sami kept in contact with me to make sure I was happy with the car the following week. He said he was going to fed ex my certification paperwork to me on Monday, and did! Anything I asked or questioned, he always responded to my emails with the info I was requesting, like the tracking info. Followed up to make sure I received the paperwork also. Really appreciated the great customer service I received here. I would absolutely would purchase again at this dealer, but for sure with Sami Noori. More

Great buying experience I walked to Sheehy and went for a test drive with Sami Noori. A few days later I phoned Sami and told him I would I come in to make a purchase. Sami had the vehicle I wanted, in the color I wanted sitting up front when I arrived. To me that's a wow factor. He was professional and prepared. We spoke for a few minutes and I told him I had to get back to work, he understood my time. I had been preapproved by another lender, yet Sami asked if I wanted Lakendra in financing to see if she could get me a better rate. I had a concern they would contact several lenders and lower my credit score. Sami assured me that wouldn't happen. Well, Lakendra was able to get me financing through a different lender with a lower intrest rate. For the record that's a second wow for Sheehy. More
