Sorry I cannot remember her name. She was able to give me a great deal on the warranty and also beat my interest rate from the credit union. Sami kept in contact with me to make sure I was happy with the car the following week. He said he was going to fed ex my certification paperwork to me on Monday, and did! Anything I asked or questioned, he always responded to my emails with the info I was requesting, like the tracking info. Followed up to make sure I received the paperwork also. Really appreciated the great customer service I received here. I would absolutely would purchase again at this dealer, but for sure with Sami Noori. More
