Excellent dealer experience We went to about 6 other dealerships of other brands. At one of the other dealers we were lied to by a salesman. It was not a pleasant experience. But, from start to finish everyone we met at Nissan Manassas was friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Alex and vincent knew a lot about the Rogue and were able to answer all my questions. They all seemed eager to help us find something that met our needs as well as our budget. The sales manger made me feel extremely at ease about purchasing and that the car would fit my budget. The finance manager and director were also extremely personable. I would definitely purchase there again and have been telling everyone we know about the positive experience. More

He is very knowledgeable of the product he sells and he makes me, the customer, feel comfortable and in control of my purchase. Not a great experience We came to this dealership during a snow storm after speaking with Ali for a few days about a 2015 Titan SV we were interested in. We were told the pr We came to this dealership during a snow storm after speaking with Ali for a few days about a 2015 Titan SV we were interested in. We were told the price of the CERTIFIED truck was what was listed online. First, the sales manager AJ offered us over $5500 less than the lowest KBB for our trade which was a huge slap in the face. We ended up walking out. A few days passed and Ali reached out to us again and after some negotiating back and forth with a different sales manager (thank god) we came to an agreement. Here's where it gets good... We filled out a credit application and all of the necessary paperwork. Ali took the folder with all of our paperwork to the sales managers for them to run our credit to the bank we chose. When the finance person came to see us, was a dark haired female I can't remember her name, she reviewed our paperwork with us and we noticed someone had tampered with our credit application and added $10,000 to our yearly income. They actually had the nerve to change a number that we put on our credit application. We even said blatantly to the finance person "someone tampered with this" after she asked us which was the correct amount. She proceeded to say "that's okay" and changed the amount to the correct one. WHAT?! We really should have stopped then and walked out but my fiancé loved this truck. Once we got into finance we could tell the lady did not want to be dealing with us, she was very rude and short. She came back with a crazy interest rate that we know was marked up at least 2% (we've already refinanced somewhere else as of 3/16 and the deal was done 3/15 and we got a much much better rate.) We didn't get a single handshake from the sales managers, not a single "thanks for your business" from anyone. We absolutely love the truck. Would we come back to Sheehy Manassas? Probably not. The bait and switch. The tampering with our credit application. None of it would be worth going through again. More
