Best sales experience I'm giving this dealership a 5 star and also the Salesperson Mati Quraishi 5 Star as well. I've bought many cars before from different companies but t I'm giving this dealership a 5 star and also the Salesperson Mati Quraishi 5 Star as well. I've bought many cars before from different companies but this time everything went much more smoothly and quickly. Mati was very knowledgeable and very patient with me as well. He went over and beyond to meet my expectations and to keep me happy with my overall experience in purchasing my new Nisssn Rogue! I will definitely recommend this dealership and to also see Mati for your sale or any questions you have!!!! Thank you so much and I love my New Nissan Rogue!!!! More

Used car purchased! Me and my other half purchased a 2006 Honda Civic on 3/11/17 within the first month we replaced the alternator, the battery then AC relay condenser cl Me and my other half purchased a 2006 Honda Civic on 3/11/17 within the first month we replaced the alternator, the battery then AC relay condenser clutch... On 5/12/17 the car starts leaking antifreeze, only to find out that the block is cracked. We did not have the car for 2 months and I call the dealership was told the manager would call me back this happened twice never a return call. On 5/22/17 I call again to finally get a manager they want to tow the car to the service department on 5/23/17, never hear anything that day 5/24/17 call left the service manager a voicemail. 5/25/17 call back manager is not in left another voicemail for The service manager, he return my husbands call to tell him the block is cracked and he is meeting with the manager to talk about it and would call him back that night. 5/26/17 no return call I call and leave three messages for the service manager, try to contact the manager seven times and the phone just rings off the hook no voicemail. I call the dealership and it seems as if they are not answering my calls from my phone because when I call and block my number they answer to forward me to the manager again to let the phone ring for 20 minutes no answer... My husband receives another call from the service manager telling him " it is not their fault and we can trade it in". I find it very sad the we are out $7500.00 for a vehicle and this dealer will do nothing to make it right, we honestly believe the block was cracked when we got it. I am so disappointed I have never had worst customer service and no backing of their vehicles not to mention they would never return my call only my husbands.. seemed very sexist to me! Please do not buy from this dealer! More

Our sales representative Vincent was very courteous, I was surprised with the professionalism and attentiveness that we have received even after telling him that I have a limited budget. Vincent worked with my wife and I to get the best deal. We had many concerns and questions about the buying process and he was very patient and addressed all our concerns. The professionalism also extended to their loan department who also gave us the best options that would work well within our budget goals. I never felt pressured into doing anything or even at the slightest moment felt any condescending attitude from the staff. If budget permits I would definitely buy another car from this dealership. The General Sales Manager Migel Aguirre went above and beyond to help us by giving us different options and get the best deal. The Finance Manager Edgar Nazario was fantastic; he explained everything to us in a simple yet understandable manner. These 3 guys made our day. We took a long time to decide but they were very patient and stayed way past the closing time to help us to secure the vehicle and our experience was perfect.
