Longtime customers who will never be back This dealership has gone way downhill since under new ownership. We have bought a total of 10 cars here from 2003 to 2012. The GSM, Miguel, is an ab This dealership has gone way downhill since under new ownership. We have bought a total of 10 cars here from 2003 to 2012. The GSM, Miguel, is an absolute liar and service has also gone far, far downhill as well. We left in 2012 after being lied to despite having a good friendship with this dealer (Jeff in Finance and both Bill and Jon in Service). We came back in 2016 to buy a new Maxima and were given the run around. Service told us that the GSM, Miguel, had been fired along with the liar Finance guy, Syed, so we decided to come back in December 2017 to buy a Pathfinder only to find that Miguel was still in fact the GSM. The Salesman, Kris Byrd, was terrible! He knew nothing about the car and acted as if we, the customers, were wasting his time. We immediately left and decided as a family, we would NEVER give this dealership another chance. Service dropped something on the bumper of our Armada and parked it outside hoping we wouldn't notice. We noticed immediately while on the lot & they fixed it; however, the point is they knew (as the damage was quite a bit) and weren't going to say anything. They've lied numerous times about things needing to be fixed and/or replaced that did not need to be. We are longtime Nissan owners but will never buy another car here and I would suggest that no one else does either. Sheehy ought to be ashamed of themselves. To Miguel & team: You've lost a lot of business; A family of four who all drive Nissan and are in the market for another car but definitely not from you. No way! BUYERS BEWARE! Side note: Jon Picon and Bill in service have been nothing short of helpful and we'd like to highlight that they've really made us want to give this dealer another shot; however, there's just one too many bad apples in this dealer. I don't even see Miguel listed on website as GSM - is this another dealership where snakes reside? More

These guys go above and beyond I have know Craig Phillips for many years since I was a child and he has been a close friend of our family for years. I have bought two different cars from Craig and after an incident with the first he helped me get into my second vehicle.. Each time I'm in for a service I try to stop in and say hello.. when a situation came up recently with a defective part on my vehicle he went out of his way to help me and make sure everything was taken care of in the auto department.. and even gave me a call when my vehicle was ready.. The only person I would buy a car from is Craig because of the attention to detail and care he takes in his customers.. I couldn't be more satisfied with his professionalism and caring attitude.. keep up the good work! -Zach Gore More
