Overall experience was very good. Sales Staff, while friendly, were not particularly impressive with knowledge about this vehicle. Parts Personnel were absolutely great to work with: Parts Technician friendly, were not particularly impressive with knowledge about this vehicle. Parts Personnel were absolutely great to work with: Parts Technician and Cashier were excellent and added to the overall good experience. Finance personnel were very efficient and helpful. He explained the features and benefits of each of the cars. We drove several cars and I selected the car I liked best. We moved on to the paperwork process. I was offered several financing options. I selected the one that worked best for me. I was offered additonal options. I selected the VIP program which includes lifetime oil changes & car washes. I left the same day with my new car. I suppose I fall into the category of someone who didn't do enough of her homework into all the ways a dealership will try and hose you before I leased my new 2007 Versa SL. I was quoted one price for the car, in writing, and imagine my surprise when on the lease, the price was nearly $800 higher. The FI guy also talked me into a useless $1186 extended warranty (for 60,000 miles) because he made it sound like I was absurd if I didn't take him up on this great deal. HOWEVER, as the car was only for a 2-year lease and comes with a 36,000 Nissan warranty, for what purpose was this extended warranty needed? Other than to increase the FI guy's commission? Silly me. (Notice too I've emailed the car salesman about this issue and still have not heard back. Funny how my inquiries before I bought the car, they couldn't respond quick enough.) Not only will I never buy/lease a car from Sheehy Nissan again, this experience soured me so much I will never lease or buy anything from Nissan, from any Nissan dealership, ever again. More
