I did not set out to buy on Tuesday, but the deal was great and everyone involved did what they could to complete the purchase as quickly as we needed it to be. They took time to relate to us, explain many of the technoligical advances of the vehicle (features and specs). But where not pushy in their effort to secure a deal. Would recommend this dealership and salesman to others. More

My wife and I went to investigate the differences between an FX and an EX. I already own a G37. We arrived at the dealership and were pounced upon by a salesman immediately. After introducing himself, he a an FX and an EX. I already own a G37. We arrived at the dealership and were pounced upon by a salesman immediately. After introducing himself, he asked if we had a vechicle to trade and then commandeered us to his desk and starting selling an "Edge" program that we were not interested it. This went on and on about how only this dealership had this and that. Then he wanted to shuffle us outside, grabbing his dealer plate, to take a test drive that we flat said we did not want to take. Finally, we got to sit in and compare the differences between the two models with the salesman telling us information we already knew about the cars because we own an Infiniti. Then he pushed to have some numbers worked up. When the answer was no, then we were herded back inside to "be introduced" to his sales manager, who proceeded to ask questions I had already answered to the salesman. He also pushed us to purchase a used Infiniti. I excused myself to use the rest room and my wife said the salesman used that opportunity to turn around the pictures of his kids and talk to her about them. Her impression was that he would talk "car" to me, but when it came to a woman, he would talk "family". She didn't appreciated being put into a sterotype category. This is the way car dealerships "worked" their customers back in the 70's, 80's and 90's. This is why people today hate the car buying experience. We will buy another Infiniti, but not from this place. More

Ivan Johnson was my Sales Representative. His customer service skills are phenomenal!! He was very patient and willing as well as able, to answer all of my questions. What I liked most about Ivan is his service skills are phenomenal!! He was very patient and willing as well as able, to answer all of my questions. What I liked most about Ivan is his caring attitude for me (the customer). It's very seldom you meet someone trying to sell you something, but your needs are their most concern. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge about my car. I originally came in to look at a 2010 G37 Sedan AWD. However, I am a fan of the "Moonlight White" color. The one on the showroom floor was a smokey grey color. Although nice, it didn't satisfy my passion. As we were walking outside so that he could show me the other available colors, I spotted a 2009 in the exact exterior and interior color I desired. I immediately knew that was my car!!! I thought I was going to get hassled by him wanting me to buy the 2010, but much to my surprise and pleasure, his concern was that I found "my" car. He was very honest with me and I greatly appreciated that. To have only been working there since September 2009, he has a vast knowledge of the Infiniti fleet. I was very impressed with Ivan and would recommend my friends and family to buy from Tyson's Corner Infiniti. The entire staff was absolutely GREAT!!! More
I don't know if I can put into words how pleased and impressed I am with Infiniti of Tyson's Corner. From start to finish my experience was wonderful. Kenney Kang, my Infiniti Sales Associate and prima impressed I am with Infiniti of Tyson's Corner. From start to finish my experience was wonderful. Kenney Kang, my Infiniti Sales Associate and primary contact was professional, amiable and extraordinarily knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with, very clear and truthful. I trusted him immediately as a salesman and as a person. After finalizing my purchase I have great respect for him and would (and will) certainly recommend him to anyone interested in an Infiniti. Brian Addy, Sales Manager was also a joy to work with, professional, friendly and focused. He is the antithesis of my experience of other sales managers. He was direct, honest and extremely respectful. Allen Kim was professional, and very thorough about explaining all the different "extras" we could purchase. Although we decided not to buy any of these, I consider myself very well informed. Allen made the financial part quick and easy, something my wife and I really appreciated. I met Young Park today when I picked up my G37x. Amiable, friendly and relaxed, I had no idea he was in charge, and I mean that as a BIG compliment. Humility goes a long way and is impossible to fake. His happiness was very contageous. Last, but by no means least I want to mention my experience with Patricia (Pat) Lord. Hers was the first voice I heard from Infiniti of Tyson's Corner. She mentioned the "Edge" and I wanted to hear more. I didn't get to meet her but I am looking forward to my next visit so I can say hello and thank her for making me feel welcome. My experience with Infiniti of Tyson's Corner was head and shoulders above any I have had. My rating: 5 stars out of 5. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! I look forward to my next visit! More
This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Infiniti of Tysons Corner and the 2nd car I've purchased from Mr. Townsend. I trust Mr. Townsend and I appreciate his sales style. He doesn't try to push or convince me to do something I don't want to do. He listens to what I'm saying, responds quickly to my calls and follows up with me in a timely manner. I think he is honest and as far as I'm concerned that is one of the most important factors a salesperson should have. More
I purchased a new 2009 G-37 Infiniti Coupe with the premium and navigation package yesterday. I heard positive feedback about Infiniti of Tyson's Corner from a poster on an internet car forum (Edmunds. premium and navigation package yesterday. I heard positive feedback about Infiniti of Tyson's Corner from a poster on an internet car forum (Edmunds.com) Since I live in Florida, and the dealership is in Virginia, the whole buying process was conducted via phone, Fax, and e-mail. To complicate matters further, the sales manager (Brian Addy) had to located a car, because he didn't have one on the lot with the options I wanted. When the requested vehicle was found in another state, the sales team arranged to have the G-37 transported to a Honda dealership about 100 miles from my home in Florida. All the paperwork was prepared and sent by overnight mail to Ft Myers Honda. I was promptly greeted there, and directed to the finance manager. He was pleased that Tysons Infiniti had sent all the correct forms with highlighted signature blocks. The whole process took only 15 minutes, and I was on the road with my new car. Kudos to the Honda guys too, and they did all of us a favor. Brian Addy and Lewis Blount kept me updated throughout the whole buying process with phone calls and e-mail messages. They both treated me in a very professional manner, which gave me piece of mind with this long distance buying experience. Last but not least, I feel I got a great deal on the car, and various Infiniti Dealers in South Florida wanted much more money for the same car I now have. Tysons also has a lower processing fee for new car sales than my local dealer here. That is a very big plus. I recommend Infiniti of Tysons Corner, and appreciate my salesmen going that extra mile for me. Thanks Big Time.....Walt More
