He was completely knowledgeable about my vehicle of choice, and very patient explaining all the features and functionality. I really appreciate that he was not pushy, as I have found other sales people to be at times. I would have walked away if that had been the case. Once I chose my car, they had to find it in the color I wanted. It was difficult because my choice was scarce, but JB and his team persevered and delivered my car in less than 2 days. Also, the paperwork was fast and easy - a welcome surprise! I also want to thank David Barwinczak and George Kahlil throughout the finance and paperwork process. We found the car we wanted and Chuck was really nice and helpful over the phone. We drove 1,5 hours from our house to get to this dealership and it's WORTH IT. Our car actually needed a minor software update when we went to pick it up and wasn't ready- so Lance actually drove 30 minutes to our house that night to drop it off!
