Having done no research on new cars, we were flying blind. He was patient and knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained all of the features of the various models available, both used and new. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. It's a few months later now, and I needed a car for myself. Our experience was so great, we went back to Chuck without even knowing what used cars they had available. Again, he was extremely helpful showing us the used inventory and describing the features of all of them. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and again the process was so easy and enjoyable.
