The location is the only negative I have. I live in DC, so that travel across routes 50 and 66 can be painful. But, the trip is worth it if you want a great vehicle at a great price. More

Forgot the oil I've been a customer at this dealership for 11 years and the service was great when it was under different ownership. Just had them install wiper blades ($65 installed incorrectly) and change the oil--the next day the car sounded rough and checked the oil--they hadn't added it. I added the oil myself but called to let them know and couldn't get anyone on the phone (3 tries). I'll never be back... More

He is a dynamic person with just the right personality to handle all my questions and make comparisons. He is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti, and he drives one himself. He instilled confidence in me to trust that we could work out a deal to trade in my ten year old car. I had never traded in a car before. I think he gave me a fair deal.
