Everything went very well as usual. Chantilly is a bit far for me since Tysons location has closed but valet service was offered for pick up and return. Brought my vehicle in for broken seat trim they caused during diagnostics of a rear display issue. Upon arrival I showed and clearly explained to the representative what the issue was and the desired fix. during diagnostics of a rear display issue. A few hours later I received a call from the representative that the vehicle was done and ready for pickup. Upon pickup arrival I asked the service rep if the trim was fixed. He said yes. I inspected the repair only to discover nothing was done! It was in the exact condition I dropped it off in. I showed the representative and he said he'll order a new trim at no cost to me. That was over two weeks ago. I've called several times and each time they say they'll call me back with an update. However, I never got a call. More
