I live 8 miles from an Infinity dealership, 16 miles from another, and 26 miles from Sheehy Infinity Annapolis. DENNIS HUNT is the reason I chose Sheehy Infinity of Annapolis to buy my new car. Mr Hunt work with me via internet for over 6 weeks. During these weeks I called other Infinity dealers in the area to get the best price and to see if they had the car that I wanted. I got feed back from some but Mr Hunt was so thorough it was as if he was a close relative. He made sure I was aware of what styles and options were available for my G37 quoted me several prices for different models. I ended up going with the Blue Slate G37 sport 6 speed manual transmission. The car I wanted was actually at another Dealership that was closer than Annapolis. I knew this from the research I had done on my own and could have easily gone to the closer dealership to purchase the car. The only problem is that I would probably not have bought that car if Dennis was not my Salesperson. He was the only salesperson that i spoke too that had A+ customer service. So I called him and we arranged to get it shipped down there! That's right a transporter was going to drive that car right past my house then 26 miles down to Annapolis to Dennis's Dealership where i would pick it up. We worked some financing out over the phone and Dennis talked to the finance department for me to ensure i would qualify for the best rate before i took the trip down. I arrived 30 minutes before close and Mr Hunt was there to greet me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. He offered me refreshments and right to business. We worked on my trade and suprisingly it was very fair they even threw in some money for two brand new tires I no longer needed. Worked the finacing out with a very experienced Chris Prender. This man really knows how to do his job. A very efficent young man that was flexible and understanding at the same time. My car arrived from the other dealership and after reviewing all the great options I was on my way. The whole wonderful experience made me want to go out and sell my car and buy another from Dennis again. I don't think anyone can learn customer service skills on this level, at least without comming off "cheezy" Again Dennis Hunt is a truley Genuine caring Car Salesman, I am in no way shape or form related to him although he made me feel as I was part of a special family. Knowing what I know now about him, I would drive 500 miles past 100's of car lots just to give him my business. Anyone truly interested in buying and new Infiniti should visit Sheehy and meet Mr. Hunt. It will be worth your trip. THANK YOU AGAIN Mr. Hunt and Sheehey Infiniti!!!!! More

Mike made buying my first Infiniti easy. I found them on the Internet and sent them an email to which he promptly replied. From there I let him know which car was the best fit for me and he gave me their price (which by the way was the best I found). It was so easy through just a few emails back and forth. Then we spoke on the phone to iron out the details which was very pleasant, quick, and no-pressure. He set up a time for me to come in and check out the car, ,but since I had already test driven my chosen car (Infiniti G37x sedan) at a local dealership a couple of times he offered to save me the trip and just drive the car up to me...in NJ!! I've had it a couple of weeks and am still "Wowed" by the ease of this car-buying experience. More

I purchased a used Accord from Sheehy Infiniti of Annapolis. I did not feel pressured in any aspect of this transaction. We negotiated and could not agree. After I drove it off the lot, I had a problem with the keyless locks. I took it back and they fixed the problem without a hassle or a charge. They even provided a loaner car. When I came to pick up the Accord I got there just a minute after closing. Mr. Hunt saw me and immediately went back to the service area and found someone to complete the paperwork and give me my keys. He even went out on the lot and brought the car to me. I was very impressed that they continued to provide great customer service after the sale had been completed. More
