As the previous owner of a 2008 Infiniti QX56 which I purchased in the northern VA area, I was able to compare the quality of service between the previous Infiniti dealer and Sheehy Infiniti. Dennis ensured all my concerns were addressed and made sure I was a satisfied customer. The staff even took the time to entertain my energetic 7 yr old daughter while I focused on the purchase details w/ Dennis and the finance section. I was impressed by the courteous nature of all the employees at Sheehy and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new/used Infiniti from a reputable and caring dealership. Unexpectedly low processing fees and no, and I mean zero hidden fees. The price I got in writing on the first day was the price I paid when it was driven to my door, by Brian himself. Free delivery to my door which is unbelievable since I live 4 hrs from the dealer. Brian Douglas, from internet sales, was the best sales representitive I could ever imagine. Really just the most honest cooperative person I have ever met in the car business. Basically they exceeded any expectations I have, and I will probably be a lifetime customer. This place was amazing. I worked with Brian Douglas for my entire process with Sheehy Infiniti, and he was the best sales representive you could ever want to meet. I talked to him first on sunday night (when the dealership was closed!) as he was working from home. He responded quickly to my quote request and came back with a very fair price. So I gave him a competing quote and he emailed me back after 10 min with an extremely fair price; I knew I was getting a good deal because I did a lot of research on truecar.com and edmunds. In fact he gave me the out the door price in writing, and it was even better than I expected because of their very low processing fees, ( compared to the virginia average of 400+). So after 30 min, I had made a deposit. On monday he called with the paperwork and reserved the car. He said delivery to my city in Virginia (4 hours from the dealer) would be free, this was a completely unexpected surprise. On Tuesday he drove the car down personally and brought all the paperwork worth him, and true to his word, the final price was 50 cents less then the price he gave me on Sunday. He spent an hour showing me and my wife the car. We ordered pizza and just had a great time over all with it. I am still in shock at how amazing the service, honesty, and cooperation was during my experience. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and anyone who will listen. I have bought from this dealership in the past, Chris Pender was my sales person - he is now the finance manager. I was looking to trade in my 2008 FX45 with 22,300 miles and was totally insulted by the Pender was my sales person - he is now the finance manager. I was looking to trade in my 2008 FX45 with 22,300 miles and was totally insulted by the trade in amount they offered - $25,000 - the car was loaded with everything except navigation, the condition was pristine and the KBB price was $32,000 in good condition and $34,000 in excellent condition (with no Navigation.) Amazing that an Infiniti dealer would under value one of their own flagship cars. I was interested in an 07 Mercedes GL because I wanted more space, which was nicely priced and they were willing to give me a consideration of $1400 for new tires. I went to Mercedes Benz of Annapolis and had a wonderful experience - - go figure a Mercedes dealer offered me more ($28,500 for my Infiniti than the dealership which represents the brand I was trading (Infiniti)and where I've done business in the past!! Never again will I go to Sheehy Infiniti. Sheehy, you lost a good customer and a good sale. More

We purchased a 2010 G37Xs from Dennis Hunt and Sheehy Infiniti without ever meeting Dennis or walking into the dealership, but I have nothing but good things to say our experience. We had extensively reserched this car and gone on test drives at another dealership, so we knew exactly what we wanted, but we were moving cross-country and wanted to purchase the car close to our destination. We found Sheehy Infiniti via a TrueCar quote, and started working with Dennis to purchase this car. Since we had done our homework, we knew immediately that the price he quoted us was excellent, so we went ahead with the transacton. Cross country moves aren't a piece of cake, but buying our car was actually the easiest part of our move! Dennis arranged for us to pick up our car at our home on the day we arrived in the area. Our flight was cancelled, so we couldn't pick the car up until 12 hours after we had arranged the pick-up, and I felt terrible about that but Dennis (and I think Chris who was doing the delivery) were very understanding and completely willing to work with us to get us our car when we needed it. We're thrilled with the car and are actually looking forward to our first service appointment so we can actually meet Dennis and the rest of the Sheehy team in person! More
