I loved my experience until today, I was told the sales manager had my spare key called the store today and was informed that they cannot locate the key. I had someone go up to grab the key for me since I don’t live close to the store and he was informed that the person who signed out the key doesn’t have it anymore and he said he put it back. I’ve reached out to the store five more times today alone with no return call or no answer.
