When I tell you that the service department team (which includes Jervon Young and Aaron Dawson who is the manager) exhibits the worst customer service in the DMV, it is not an exaggeration to state this. I have contacted the general manager who also has done zero about the poor quality of service that are being offered to their customers. I have had this young man actually come across in such an unprofessional and inappropriate demeanor, that I contacted my attorneys about the interaction. I created a case with Hyundai regarding this; this Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf has proven to me that they not only don’t care, but you have to make sure that they’re not getting over on you. They have basically convinced me through their interactions that Hyundai is not a brand that I will invest in going forward. I should never have to question if the products that were supplied to me (which was supposed to be a new catalytic converter) doesn’t work after putting it in my vehicle. I’ve been coming to them since July 2023 and my car is still not fixed at all! My vehicle is there currently only because my part is under warranty. They will not give me a loaner and told me that they won’t even look at my vehicle for a full week because they’re “short staffed”. More

James Miller has sold me my 2nd Hyundai vehicle and on both occasions my experience working with him has been nothing short of exceptional. We all know that car salesmen get a bad rep for being shark sale both occasions my experience working with him has been nothing short of exceptional. We all know that car salesmen get a bad rep for being shark salespeople. This is NOT the case with James. James is very transparent, thorough, and personable in his professional service. As long as I am with Hyundai, I want James to help me with all my vehicle purchases. Also, I’d like to express my appreciation and gratitude to Glenn Somerville for his transparency and thoroughness on the financing side. The worst repair experience ever. I brought the car in for repair, described the problem, then they hooked it up to their plug and play diagnostic system. They told me the problem was I brought the car in for repair, described the problem, then they hooked it up to their plug and play diagnostic system. They told me the problem was the throttle body, so I authorized them to repair. It was expected Friday, but come next Wednesday they told me they tried to start the car and the battery light came on (the problem I was experiencing). They wanted to replace the alternator for another $1000. I told them to stop and I will pick it up. I got there, paid and received the old part. I jumped my car (at 11am), tried to drive it home, but was blocked by their service lane being full of parked cars (in between where they parked my car and the road). They didn't bother to clear the way, and my car engine cutoff. I immediately called the tow truck. They immediately started harassing me to get my car out of the way. They then called the police, who pushed me out of the parking lot (the service lane was clear by the time the police arrived). The police told me to have a good day then left. 10 minutes later my tow truck arrived, who hooked me up. Meanwhile, about 4 customers who saw the whole thing walked out, got in their cars and left. I got towed home. More
