My wife and I were unsure of which vehicle we wanted so we took our time. The sales personnel were patient and very accommodating. I bought a Brand New 2011 Hyundai, Sonata... This was the 3rd new car i have bought and i have to say Raymond was great!!! He is VERY easy going and not one of those dealers that just try to get you in and out as fast as they can! This was a great experience. Steve sent me an email quote that was clear and explained what was and was not included. I arrived and Steve had the vehicle I inquired about waiting for me. The manager Robert Wiley was very pleasant to work with. He treated me even better than I expected. Financing options were explained in detail and I did not feel pressured to get anything I did not want. Steve followed up with me a few hours after I left asking if I had any more questions. Then he called me a few days later thanking me and again making sure all of my questions were answered. This was the best purchasing experience I ever had. I would recommend this dealership to all.
