Went to trade my 2003 Hyundai and Rick and Laura were able to work such a great deal that we left with two 2013 Hyundais ( also traded 2010 Honda). I knew exactly what I wanted and exactly where I wanted it from. I found my Hyundai Santa Fe online weeks prior just to get an idea of what was offered on the lot. When I arrived on that gray Friday morning, Mr. Gerald Morris was there to greet me at the door...literally. I shared with him my interests, which type of vehicle I wanted, and how much I was willing to spend. To my surprise, Mr. Morris lead me directly to the vehicle I found online. He was very knowledgable and provided wonderful customer service. Unlike most car dealerships and salesmen, I was under no pressure to pay more , buy something I didn't want, or made to feel like I was being swindled. I purchased the vehicle I found on line for the price it was listed. The SantaFe was in excellent condition. I love my TRUCK!! The overall customer service was great. I was not in the dealership for hours. The entire process took less than 3 hours. Mr. Morris provided great info about Sheehy's services and walked me through the entire process from picking out the vehicle to meeting with the finance staff (Simone and Laura), who by the way were very personable and made it clear they were working for me.
