My new Hyundai 2015 My experience somewhat was difficult trying to negotiate my car payments with the sales manager, letting him know what I could afford with my budget.I My experience somewhat was difficult trying to negotiate my car payments with the sales manager, letting him know what I could afford with my budget.I gave them a specific amount, and they came back with something totally different than what I stated, that was the only bad experience that I had, but my salesperson was very nice, calm and patient with me, after negotiating the car payment that I could afford, everything was fine, at the end they had to get my car that I wanted from another car dealership, because I wanted blue, so I had to wait 2 days for my car to arrive at Waldorf Hyundai to pick up, that was fine. I do like my car and features that comes with it. I wish my salesperson the best. Thank you! More

I did a lot of preliminary research and was torn between Hyundai's Elantra and Toyota's Corolla. In the end, I chose Hyundai. This decision was heavily influenced by my positive experience at Hyundai of Waldorf. Mr. Miller took the time to showcase the specific car that I was interested in and meet my needs. He was informed, respectful, and genuinely enthusiastic to represent the brand. I really appreciated his good attitude in contrast to other local dealers who seemed more disinterested, assumed I was naive or easily manipulated, or tried to pressure me into a sale without taking the time to provide great service or allow for reasonable negotiations.
