Very accommodating, excellent car buying experience! I noticed a used Mercedes on their website, called to inquire and was treated very professionally by Conrad Westerman. He scheduled a test drive the day of, with less than 30 minutes of notice, and even drove the vehicle for me as extenuating circumstances prevented me from doing so. The car was in excellent shape and at a very fair price, and the purchasing process went very smoothly. My only complaint was an additional reconditioning fee that wasn't advertised in the asking price, but before I picked up the car the service department had replaced all the fluids/belts/gizmos in the engine and put four new tires on it. This completely negated the reconditioning fee, and actually saved me money. I could not be happier with the purchase and dealing with Mr. Westerman, who was courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership. More
