Luckily Jermaine was still there and he helped get exactly what I needed and kept it within my budget. It was not an easy thing for him as I had very specific requirements and a budget with no flexibility. I really feel as though I got the best possible deal for our new vehicles. Would Recommend (and already have!) I had a great experience at Sheehy. My check engine light came on in my car and I was able to make an appointment to get that checked. I was unfamiliar with the service area and William came out and told me where to go and what to do. After I got into the waiting area, he came over and chatted with me about my car for a little. My mom called and he left me alone to have my conversation. He wasn't forceful or anything. He left me to do my thing, and when I was off of the phone for a bit, he came back over and asked if I had looked at the brochure he had given me. I said yes, and that I actually had been thinking about trading my car in soon anyway. He showed me some options and made me a deal. I told him I did not want to make a decision without knowing what was wrong with my car, and he was very understanding. I waited for my car to be done getting a diagnostic and it came back with a LOT of problems. I was going to have to spend way more on my old car than I had anticipated. I told William that I would be using that money that I would have been putting into my old car as a down payment on a new one. However, I just changed jobs, took a significant pay cut, currently moved, and did not have the most money available to me. He worked with me to make sure my payments would be in the range I was comfortable in. Brittany took over and was very pleasent and wonderful to work with. After I had purchased the car and went home, I looked over my agreement again and it made no sense to me. I got nervous that I had been scammed.... I called her right away and she told me to come in at my conveinence to look things over. I went in the next day and she explained everything to me. Took less than 5 minutes. She wrote down the numbers and showed me what I had been missing. I had been texting my roommate, who needs a new car, the whole time and told her she should definitely come to Sheehy Hyundai to get her new car. They are great people to work with. Very professional and care about your needs and what you want. My roommate plans to get a car with them in the coming months and I will definitely recommend them to others! More

Selling car to them I had a 2013 Toyota truck with coupon from kelly blue book which stated that this deal ship would honor. At that time my husband walked in,another saleman said hear comes her reinforcements which at the time did not get.I asked about the coupon the stated 15,500. The dealership said they could not do it,truck was not worth that,which they also said they got there number from a different dealer. I stated that we would take the truck to Carmax, got a apprasial from Carmax 16,500. Hyundai said I would have to wait for me money 15 days. Wrong again! Now I see there sign on 301 Crain hwy. that says they would bet any offer. Wrong again! I feel they saw a woman come in and wanted to take an opportunity to buy low and sell high at my cost.This dealership in dishonest and really lied about Carmax,there sign and there kelly blue book coupon offers. I wish I could really talk to the owner. I have bought in my life time 20 cars and never got this treatment. More
Terrible Customer Service I wrote a review of this dealership about a month and a half ago and would like to provide an update as to what has happened. I purchased a used Ford I wrote a review of this dealership about a month and a half ago and would like to provide an update as to what has happened. I purchased a used Ford Flex from the dealer approximately 2 months ago and can say it was the worst car purchasing experience of my life. The car was not ready to be sold and I had to return to the dealership a few days later and wait hours for the car to be ready. I can say that nobody offered to compensate me for the time that I wasted both traveling back and forth to the dealership, as well as while I was waiting for the car to be detailed (a process that took so long that I told them to stop before it was finished). When I went to register the vehicle, I realized that the individual who is in charge of the formal documentation on the car (the car's title, etc.) "did not realize" that the transfer of title form was not included in the paperwork that was sent to me after the transaction took place. The individual admitted to me that she "just didn't check" to see if the document was included, which I think is indicative of the way in which Sheehy Hyundai does business. I had taken off work to travel to the MVA, which turned out to be a wasted trip, as I could not register the vehicle without the transfer of title form. When I spoke with Emmanuel, one of the mangers, he was generally unapologetic and did not seem to understand why I was upset with what had happened. The salesperson with whom I worked also has promised me two times that she was going to "overnight" me the other key for the vehicle, though this never happened. I've tried to contact the dealership several times since then and have not received a call back. I've also tried to speak with the General Manager of the dealership to try to inform him of my ridiculously awful experience, though I have not had a response from him, either. Please take my advice and be very, very wary when dealing with this dealership if you are purchasing a used car. I see that the dealership has had positive reviews, so I suppose this has just been an exception. I still do not appreciate the fact that at no point has anyone ever tried to apologize or compensate me for the way in which this whole process was handled. I will never purchase another car from this dealership again, and will advise all of my family and friends to do the same. More
