Hyundai Tuscon I was greeted by a salesman who was unsure of where the types of vehicles I was looking at were located and then proceeded to tell me he didn't work t I was greeted by a salesman who was unsure of where the types of vehicles I was looking at were located and then proceeded to tell me he didn't work there, because he was in for their "big sales event" that weekend. He was very nice but didn't seem to know his way around. I was contacted via text message on my cell phone to complete this survey and the "targeted responses needed to ensure quality and scores" which I thought was VERY unprofessional; they should not have texted me, it should've been an email or phone call, and shouldn't persuade me on how to fill out the survey. I also noticed a small scratch on the car before buying it. They told me to come in that following Monday to get it fixed. I returned Monday afternoon and was informed that the paint people were not there because it had rained that morning. Being informed of this before I drove 45 minutes up tot he dealership would've been nice. Lastly, my headlight has moisture in it so they ordered me a new one on that Monday and said they would contact me to let me know when they can replace it...3 weeks go by and I finally call and ask about it. They tell me it is in and scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off at 8:30. 10:00 they call me and tell me they ordered the wrong part. Talk about unbelievable. An hour and a half to figure out and inform me that it's the wrong part. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this dealership. I haven't had anything positive from them. I don't even plan to take my car there for the first free oil change. More

Be honest During the discussion over my trade in< I was told I would get 1000.00 factory rebate, and a 500.00 repeat customer rebate. The Used cars salesman sam During the discussion over my trade in< I was told I would get 1000.00 factory rebate, and a 500.00 repeat customer rebate. The Used cars salesman same to me with a horrible trade in value for my 2011 Tucson that had only 54,000 miles on it. After I told him to give my keys back cause I felt insulted with his quote, he offered to relook at it and came back with a higher trade in value, To my regret I didnt go back over all the paper work till I got home, and that's when I found out that he had removed the 500.00 repeat customer rebate. I think that it was underhanded on his part and a good way to lose a future repeat customer. More
