I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Hyundai dealership. When I bought my vehicle, I was promised lifetime free oil changes, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase from this Hyundai dealership. When I bought my vehicle, I was promised lifetime free oil changes, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase from them. On my last visit, I was told the dealership is under new ownership and they are no longer honoring that agreement—without any prior notice. I was charged $91 for an oil change I had every reason to believe was covered. What’s worse, I reached out multiple times via voicemail, email, and the customer feedback survey—and never received a response. This lack of communication and failure to stand by previous commitments shows a serious lack of integrity and customer service. If you’re considering doing business here, I’d recommend getting everything in writing and being prepared for the dealership to go back on their word. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. More

I had an outstanding experience, and the salesman (Sal) helped me find the needle in a haystack. I was purchasing a car for my daughter who was on a very tight budget with above budget requirements. It wasn't easy but Sal found me the gem I was looking for at the budget he was given. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend Sheehey Hyundia of Chantilly. This dealership is the worst I have ever been to. They do not follow up. Do not discuss any work that has been done to my car.
