Their approach made us feel like part of the family rather than just another customer, and they were attentive to our family's specific needs. Jessica also made the final steps a seamless process without trying to sell us things we didn’t need! We are absolutely thrilled with our new Acadia! I took my 2023 Yukon Denali here for an oil change and was informed of a recall. The reprogram caused 3 separate modules to fry which was blamed on an “aftermarket” part plugged in under my dash. After a was informed of a recall. The reprogram caused 3 separate modules to fry which was blamed on an “aftermarket” part plugged in under my dash. After a week I asked for a loaner and was put in a Buick Encore, which is nothing similar to my vehicle. I had a vehicle that wouldn’t run for THREE WEEKS without any updates unless I called and then they tried to charge me $800 for it. I’ve driven my vehicle now for a week since I got it back and have a check engine light on along with the carpet at the pedals hanging down and not put back properly. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this service department. More
