My wife took her vehicle in for a liftgate issue, they charged her over $200 just to look at it, including "environmental fees" and "document storage".. The finance department lies to your face to up sell extended warranty! And they don’t have any reputable techs in there service department ! Took truck in for radio not working and they said it was the extended warranty! And they don’t have any reputable techs in there service department ! Took truck in for radio not working and they said it was the screen and was bad ? I guess no one there is technically competent in electronics! Took it apart and half the plugs were not plugged in so took it to a shop with a radio tech and the HMI is bad . Stay away from this place they lie and don’t know what they are doing ! More
