So I bought a car on January 2 of this year. As part of the deal I was supposed to get runningboards and floor mats. It’s now March 20 and neither has arrived. I stopped in the dealership in February to order a cargo mat with my Ford points and they sent me to a guy who said “ I don’t know how to do this yet. I’ll get back to you.” I never heard a word. I had to take the vehicle in for some service work. I asked for a Saturday appointment. When I get the email about the appointment, I’m scheduled for Thursday. So when I called to move it, I’m now pushed out another week. They don’t offer a loaner car unless I want to wait for a month for the warranty service work that makes my car drivable again. When I finally arrive at my Saturday appointment, I drop the car off in the morning. Saturday evening around 8pm, I receive an email saying that I never made my appointment. I called the dealership Monday morning and it takes three people 10 minutes to find my car. Needless to say, I won’t be using this dealership for anything again. The salesman never delivered on their end, and the service department seems lost and confused.. More

Bait and switch. Edson sent me over paperwork stating one price, manager said they’d honor it. The next day I was sent paperwork because we had changed how we were taking money for our trade and they were “updating it to reflect that” when in actuality they changed the price of the car by $2500, I assume hoping I wouldn’t notice?! When I called him out on it he acted confused, and got off the phone quickly to verify. Then later came back and said the first pricing was a mistake and they couldn’t honor it, or even try to make it right/meet in the middle. Shady and dishonest! Bought a car elsewhere More
