Started out good, ended badly.Found a vehicle I liked, but was at a different Sheehy location, so they were going to charge me $300 to transfer it from one state over. Salesman finally said he would go g but was at a different Sheehy location, so they were going to charge me $300 to transfer it from one state over. Salesman finally said he would go get it himself to avoid the fee, yup. Got to the finance manager that kept tacking on a warranty I didn’t want. Giving me a lower rate if I bought the warranty, but if I didn’t the rate was twice as much. Either way still had me over the monthly payment I told them I could afford. All the while he is just using an average rate - not applying my finance to any one. Very quick talker. I let the car salesman know the next day to not go pick the car up as I was no longer interested. Fast forward a week later I get a letter from a bank in reference to a financing application. Not happy. Meanwhile was lucky enough to get great service & a great deal elsewhere. More

I set up an appointment to test drive and buy a truck just to have it sold out from underneath me. I was told the keys would be locked up and the truck would be there. Drove 1.5 hours one way (3 hours to just to have it sold out from underneath me. I was told the keys would be locked up and the truck would be there. Drove 1.5 hours one way (3 hours total) to find out the truck was sold. Never got a phone call to let me know the truck was gone. They waited until I got there to inform me and then try to sell me a more expense truck. Great example of a dealership pulling a bait and switch. There was response was simply - first come first serve. they have called to try and find another truck, but not for the same truck and deal advertised. And I don’t know that I would feel comfortable purchasing from them even if they did find one exactly like it for the same price. More
