Excellent customer service!! The team at Sheehy Ford in Richmond went above and beyond. I had dropped off my wife's explore for service and didn't realize that the service dept. had closed after a certain Richmond went above and beyond. I had dropped off my wife's explore for service and didn't realize that the service dept. had closed after a certain time on Sunday. We needed the Explore for our trip to the beach and the service team was able to have someone come back to the shop and unlock the gate for us to get our vehicle. Great work and thanks again! More
