Well I signed my papers for my gently used vehicle and I gave them copies of my income and they call me almost 3weeks later telling me that I need to bring the vehicle back because my income wasn't enough f gave them copies of my income and they call me almost 3weeks later telling me that I need to bring the vehicle back because my income wasn't enough for the financial institution. Well before then I had contacted them about a letter that I had recieved from C & F and I was reassured that my contract was already signed and that my deal was complete. Now this mess. I'm put in a position where I would be behind in my payments for my trade-in with late fees and all, I have paid an extra fee for my insurance, and property taxes are about to hit. I am very disappointed in the steps that were taken in my situation. Then on top of that they are trying to act like I did something wrong on my application as far as my income. Not hardly when I provided them with a copy of my check stub which showed in black and white what I made. I put other incomes on my application and wasn't asked for proof but I do have that. This is very inappropriate for them to do this especially when before you get to the point of getting a loan they are suppose to make sure that everything is proper. More

With in and hour Matt was emailing me with the details and we set up an appointment to come ina nd look around to see if I was interested in anything. I went on the following Saturaday and was greeted by Matt. We found a vehicle that I was interested in, Soon Jordan came over to go over the paperwork and worked his magic and I was approved. I believe Matt and Jordan went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle they were very professional, knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable. I visited Sheehy Ford for the first time in November 2010 knowing that I wanted a 2011 Lincoln Navigator with specific options. H.C. Thompson greeted me and after explaining and showing me the various featur knowing that I wanted a 2011 Lincoln Navigator with specific options. H.C. Thompson greeted me and after explaining and showing me the various features on a 2010 Navigator we took a test drive. I told H.C. that I knew exactly what I wanted and since it would have to be ordered it came down pretty much to whether he or the cross town rival dealership gave me the best price. H.C. got Jordan Fooks to work on the pricing and they gave me a quote before I left. I told H.C. I would be back in touch once I completed my pricing comparison and I would prefer not to be called every day as some sales people tend to do. The rival dealer would have met Sheehy's price but quite frankly I returned to Sheehy to order the new 2011 Navigator a week or so later because I liked the professionl and personable way H.C. had conducted our first meeting and true to his word he had not called me wanting to know if I had made a decision. All the dealings with H.C. all the way thru delivery of the vehicle last Thursday have been very pleasant and he is an excellent representative for Sheehy and the way a sale should be handled. I found Jordan Fooks to be very personable as well and very patient as I had him run through several calculations at the time of the sale to help me decide whether to finance or pay for the vehicle. He also informed me of other add on packages I could get but was in no way pushy about trying to get me to take them. I can only hope that my future experience with Sheehy when it comes to servicing my Navigator will be as good as my sales experience. I will definitely refer anyone looking for a Ford or Lincoln vehicle to H.C. in the future. More

Beyond satisfied is the full description of my overall first and certainly not my last experience at Sheehy Ford Lincoln Mercury. As an experienced owner of four previous fine pre-owned Lincoln Town Cars first and certainly not my last experience at Sheehy Ford Lincoln Mercury. As an experienced owner of four previous fine pre-owned Lincoln Town Cars, it was getting close to my usual 2.5 year exchange before 75,000 miles. Walking into Sheehy one late January Saturday afternoon, a tall robust gentleman with out-stretched hands and a big smile said, "Good afternoon, what brings you to Sheehy today?" Calvin Boston instantly knew what I wanted to do when I merely said, "It's time to flip my Town Car." He gained my immediate respect because he didn't try to upsell or steer me in a different direction. Because of that fact alone, your competing dealership on West Broad Street did NOT win me over as a customer. Not really interested in any of the few certified used Town Cars on the lot, Calvin went on-line and retrived a beautiful light French silk 2010 Town Car that was just sent to the Ashland dealership after 60 days on your lot. He made sure it was delivered for my inspection the very next day, on a Sunday afternoon no less! The rest of the story really speaks for itself. Your very proficient Used Car Manager Ryan Pulley delivered the trade-in value I was looking for on my 2007 Town Car. Calvin made the negotiation one of ease and enjoyment. When he presented his initial figures to me, he merely asked, "How does this look with your numbers??" Again, pointing out the details of Calvin's admirable style: Many times at this point in a negotiation the sales rep or dealership begin to use some intimidation tactics, if they sense the customer truly is interested in the vehicle. Calvin's approach was one of respect. After some playful back and forth "sliding the paper," Calvin and I shook hands. I was very pleased with the price, still knowing and wanting to make sure Calvin achieved his level of commission, even on a used car. I fully expect and hope in the summer of 2012 to walk back into Sheehy Ford Lincoln Mercury, seek out Calvin Boston, and here him say, "Mr. Archacki, time to flip the Lincoln again?? Found the used F150 online in MD and Craig arranged for it to be brought down to Va that evening. We got to come in the following afternoon to test drive and check out the truck. We checked out multiple other vehicles and decided on the F150. Niki worked with us very quickly and I felt she truely cared about us and our business.
