This was by far the best price after looking for months for this particular color for my daughter. They meet me at the airport sign papers and we where back home within a couple of hours. For the first time in years My wife and I decided to buy an American made car. I really wanted to buy a ford product due to the fact that they stood on their own and did not take government bail out money. an American made car. After searching on line the fords were fine but comming out of a Lexus we were looking for a little more in the way of amenities . That's when I came across the Sheehy Lincoln web site. The MKX seemed to match up well against our Lexus. I sent in an on line inquiry and Aaron Parsons promptly responded buy phone and e-mail. I had the discounted price and an appointment set within a few hours. Upon arrival we were greeted by name by Aaron and immediately taken to the vehicle we had inquired about. After a through demonstration we were given the keys and told to take our time by ourselves test driving the Lincoln . During the test drive our trade was appraised and upon our return we were given a written trade estimate. All numbers were in line with my expectations due to my on line research . A true surprise came when we were given an additional $1,000. Discount offered by Lincoln for trading in a competitors luxury vehicle . I walk into Sheehy thinking it would be no different this time but man was I wrong! Josh Shepard and Matt Love were very personable,knowledgeable and customer service oriented! My car buying experience was a pleasant one! I found this car online and called them to see when I could look at it and was told that the car was at the Sheehy dealership in Maryland but they could get it down here for me to look at the next day and they did! After looking at the car I had a few concerns about the paint in a few areas. Josh told they would fix these problems and they did! The detail shop did an amazing job of getting my 2011 Ford Taurus looking as clean as a brand new car! I got the exact car I wanted at the price I wanted and service that is second to none! I hope I don't need to buy another car for quite some time but I assure you when I do need another car Sheehy Ford in Richmond Va. is where I will go! I have to say I was dreading buying a new vehicle based on past experiences from other dealerships. I'm very happy to say I had a great experience with Sheehy Ford and will return in the future... Trying to the find the right vehicle and carefully listening to my feedback. My dream has always been to own a truck but I figured an F150 was completely out of my price range. I also discovered the Ranger was no longer manufactured so I figured a new truck was not an option. We pursued a new 2012 Escape based on my request because of the rebates and incentives but could not locate one. Mike knew I wanted a truck but I didn't bother to look at them because of price. I also said I needed a vehical to pull my boat which the Escape could do but would likely struggle. Mike searched the trucks on the lot and found an F150 STX truck with exactly everything I was looking for and to my surprise with similar financial incentives as the Escape. I'm now a happy new owner of an F150 STX truck...Thank You Mike!!! In addition, the financial process with Nathan Bonds went very smooth. I've purchased a few new cars in my life and I've had some bad experiences with pushy, high pressure sales with the finance person. Jordan, Mike and Matt were great. Each gave me friendly and good advice. However, the wait for the finance manager was way to long. I must of sat in Matt's office 45 minutes to an hour, after he was presented with my information. He wasn't as organized as I thought he should be to have done this many times. I'm not saying he did anything wrong, it just didn't seem to flow smoothly. He went over everything he was suppose to. He said the wait was because I was using my credit union and he had to wait for it . I think that was true but it still seemed way to long. The car did not have a owners manual in the glove box. The pin stripe I ordered looked great. Overall the experience was very good. More
