We weren't sure how well we would be treated when we were considering a used car at a Ford dealership. We thought we would encounter a salesperson who was going to be extra pushy and squeeze as much money ou considering a used car at a Ford dealership. I can honestly say the folks at Sheehy Ford in Midlothian were Excellent! Matt Miller was a great person to work with. Matt was extremely friendly, informative, and we never felt he was going to cheat us out of a deal. In fact, he helped us out with a lot of questions we had from our first e-mail contact to our in-person meet. I was truly impressed with not only Matt, but also other members of the Sheehy team when it came to the buying process. We had dealt with some places in the past that would not fight to get us that lower interest rate, or find a way to help us get a decent warranty for a young family on a tight budget. I felt like Matt and the entire Sheehy team understood us when we said what type of budget we had to work with. The Sheehy team also found a great way of trying to push the maximum amount of services to keep the vehicle we were buying safer, and without trying to harass us to pay more. Phil Kuzniar was also great at trying to get us the maximum warranty, but he also pushed to find some of the lowest interest rates around. He really made sure we stayed within the budget we wanted to keep the monthly payments reasonable for us. Usually buying items like cars, houses can be a stressful time. Folks like Matt Miller and Phil Kuzniar made the process stress-free. We also felt good knowing that we were not just going to buy the truck from them, but we were also going to trust the Sheehy team to help maintain our truck in the future. The next time we purchase a vehicle, we are going to make it a priority to go Sheehy Ford in Midlothian first before we make a final decision. More

Casey Longest worked with us via the internet, called us and in about 15 hours (overnight) she found the EXACT car and had it delivered to your dealership for our convenience. He was always extremly courteous, answered any questions and went out of his way to explain the nuances of our 2012 Expedition. Randall Plummer, Business Office, took the time to explain the availible Easy Care programs, fully explained the options for purchasing our Expedition and once I decided which coverage I wanted to purchase, we were able to complete the paperwork in no time. He made us feel comfortable during this entire process. My wife and I did not feel pressured at any time to make a purchase, but rather felt educated in a making a purchase of the vehicle that is right for us. It is a shame that your score card only goes to a "5". Your Staff and dealership are certainly a "10". More
